Casa de Marcial is a detached holiday home with a private pool, surrounded by gardens, olive trees and Fuerteventura’s open landscapes. A place designed for those who want to enjoy peace, quiet and the island’s vast skies, away from the busier tourist areas and close to nature.

Its location allows you to discover a different, more authentic side of Fuerteventura while still being within easy reach of the coast. Just a few minutes away, you will find the small fishing village and beach of Pozo Negro, while Caleta de Fuste (El Castillo) offers beaches, restaurants, shops and a wide range of leisure activities.

The house offers WIFI, spacious outdoor areas and a private pool, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy Fuerteventura’s wonderful climate in peaceful surroundings.

We are also committed to a more sustainable approach to tourism. The property is equipped with solar photovoltaic panels to help reduce energy consumption, as well as solar thermal panels that help heat the swimming pool in an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly way.

Important information

For security purposes, there is an outdoor surveillance camera located on the rooftop and directed exclusively towards the entrance to the property and the parking area. It does not record or monitor the inside of the house, the swimming pool or any private areas used by guests.

To ensure good water quality and hygiene, the swimming pool is maintained regularly, usually once a week. We make every effort to carry out this maintenance discreetly and with minimal disturbance to our guests. If you prefer not to have pool maintenance carried out during your stay, please let us know in advance. Please note, however, that this may affect our ability to keep the pool water in optimal condition.
