Relax

Vacanza all'insegna del relax, in campagna e a pochi minuti dal lago. Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella villa e Gaia è sempre stata molto disponibile nell'aiutarci con alcune richieste e nel darci consigli!

Erholung in ruhiger und abgeschiedener, landwirtschaftlicher Umgebung nahe dem Lago die Bolsena

Pro Charmantes, altes, 2-geschossiges Haus mit separatem Eingang zur Wohnung in das Obergeschoss. Stilvolle und wohnliche Einrichtung im Erdgeschoss. Großes Grundstück mit schönem Baumbestand, Büschen und vielen schattigen Plätzen. Ausreichend großer Swimmingpool mit genügend Platz für Sonnenliegen und einem schattigen Platz unter einem Blätterdach eines alten Weinstocks. Abgeschiedenheit, Ruhe, landwirtschaftliche Umgebung. Englischsprachige Vermieter. Contra Mangelhafte (oder: unbefriedigende) Endreinigung bei der Übernahme des Ferienhauses insbesondere Fußbodenflächen und zum Teil Einrichtungsgegenstände sowie Geschirr, Besteck, Pfannen und Töpfe im Obergeschoss. Zum Teil defekte oder renovierungsbedürftige Einrichtungsgegenstände, Lampe, Steckdosen, Gartenmöbel. Datenvolumen des WLAN war begrenzt. Dies wurde weder von FewoDirekt noch vom Vermieter mit uns kommuniziert. Nach 1 Woche war das Datenvolumen aufgebraucht. Eine Erweiterung des Datenvolumens wurde je Gigabyte abgerechnet.

au bout du monde, un havre de paix.

Une maison avec une âme bien équipée et spacieuse, approvisionnée de denrées alimentaires de base tels que huile, sel ,...Cerise sur le gâteau, des fenêtres équipées de moustiquaires. L'endroit est charmant et isolé, sans être trop éloigné du lac, des magasins et même de la mer. Une très belle découverte. Merci.

Wonderful family vacation.

Plenty of room in this farmhouse for our family of 12. The area is peaceful but has a lot to do nearby for those who want more excitement. The owner was helpful in acclimating us to local restaurants, wine cellars and places to visit.

We loved this villa near Rome and the sea

After spending a week with 2 families in this house, we can only say: it was the best spot we could have found near the city of Rome and the sea. Beautiful views on the surroundings, a cool breeze on the top of the hill, shadow every hour of the day and an air-conditioned house... A place not discovered by too many non-italian tourists yet: a hidden gem. And for bird lovers: if you look carefully, there is plenty to see!

casa magnifica

Abbiamo passato un weekend in questo vecchio casale egregiamente ristrutturato ed arredato con mobili e suppellettili assolutamente d'effetto. Posto incantevole, fuori dal mondo , anche se a pochi chilometri dai caratteristici borghi sul lago, ideale per godere qualche giorno di assoluto relax. Il grande giardino, la piscina e il portico arredato sono sicuramente un' attrattiva notevole per il periodo estivo. Assolutamente consigliabile.

siamo partiti pensando di prendere la casa come punto di appoggio per visitare i dintorni, ma in realtà siamo stati così bene che abbiamo ripreso la macchina solo per rientrare in città! Meraviglioso... ideale anche per i bambini! Proprietaria cortese e molto disponibile. Grazie

"Cette ancienne maison ré...

"Cette ancienne maison rénovée est remarquable. Bien mieux que le descriptif et les photos. Meublées et décorées avec beaucoup de charme. L’organisation des pièces est idéal pour des vacances à deux familles car chacun y trouve sa place. Très bien équipée. Le grand jardin, bien entretenu et la piscine, ses transats et sa tonnelle sont à la hauteur de la maison. Il n''y a pas de voisins proche. La région n''est pas très touristique et donc accueillante et authentique. La propriétaire est à l’image de la maison charmante et accueillante. "
