Located in the heart of Key Largo MM100. It is the perfect home base to explore the keys. Our Newly Remodeled 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club)with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known for some of the best Scuba diving, and snorkeling in all the keys.

The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor grill areas and fire pits by the ocean. The property gives guest ocean access via a deep water channel to some of the best fishing, snorkeling, diving and sandbars in the area. Guest can fish, kayak or snorkel the ocean via our rock jetty.

This home is conveniently located directly in front of the the salt water lagoon- a great location for families!

Our 3 level, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse with 2 living rooms gives plenty of space for guest to spread out and relax after a long day in the sun.

First floor: Small full bathroom, small bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with sleeper sofa and smart TV.
Second floor: small full bathroom, sleeper sofa and smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with new kitchen cabinets and appliances, 2 outdoor balconies with seating to enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee.
Third floor: full bathroom shared by two bedrooms, each with a king bed. Both rooms have plenty of closet space and a balcony

2 Beach Cruiser Bicycles and 2 kayaks available to guests.

Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama.

A Weekend In Key Largo

This villa was perfect for my family trip to Key Largo. The property was clean. The property grounds were nice. Check in was very easy and communication with the owner was easy too. We will book this location again next time we are planning to Key Largo. Thank you for such a nice experience.

Nice condo for family gathering

We had a good stay, the property was great. The photos were accurate and everything was clean. It was great to have 3 levels and lots of room. The only issue was a broken handrail on the stairs, which was a little worrisome for my elderly mother.

Excellent, relaxing stay

Here on a scuba trip. Within a mile of the piers. The house was immaculate, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and all cooking amenities. Feeding the tropical fish in the lagoon was magical (only veggies & protein). Kayaks were available. Screened in balconies were lovely to read a book on, with a view of the lagoon.

Wonderful community!

Loved the location and amenities. Easy access. Property is nice. Lots of stairs. Little things need repaired like lamps and light switches without knobs. Ceiling fan only runs on high. Otherwise I would rate it as perfect!

It was family friendly. Our unit had been updated. 5 of our family got swimmers itch the lagoon.

We liked riding bikes and walking to the jetty. Pools were old and fairly small. Our condo was updated and that was nice. Our stove did need repairs. Overall our rating would be fair.

Beautiful townhome/condo

This place was a beautiful condo in a very nice private condo complex with all of the amenities in the condo and in the complex. Stones throw from incredible restaurants, a few cute shops, and easy drive to a state park. There are 4 decks with great views (2 open, 2 screened. The middle level and lower level bathrooms are small (no counter space, small showers) but there are window ledges to place showering needs. Laundry is on the top floor bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

I would stay here again in a second except that the bathroom situation was not great. Two bedrooms on the upper floor but only one bathroom. Bathroom on second floor is directly off the kitchen and does not provide privacy.

The property was absolutely beautiful. We did have an ant issue that was addressed quickly. The ice maker didn't work in the refrigerator but we were give access to free ice. The stairs in the condo were quite steep so I wouldn't recommend this place for people with knee or back issues.

5 Star Luxury

Friends, we had the ultimate vacation to remember, creating sweet memories in this luxurious villa. Linens, beds, amenities and ambience were all that you would expect at a 5 star hotel. There was so much to do right there that we barely left the premises and saved money by doing so. While us older ones lounged poolside, the younger ones kayaked, rode the bikes and explored. Since there were 3 stories to the unit, my wife and I could turn in early while the teenagers laughed and played games until 3 AM. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts!! This is the perfect unit for extended families or any group with a wide age range. We will be back!!!

Nice condo but needs a few updates

The condo was in a gated community so that was nice. Not far from every thing we wanted. The condo has lots of amenities but needs some updates. I believe they were getting a new couch the day we checked out. I left a note for maintenance to fix the upstairs toilet as it kept running. Other than a few minor repairs the condo needed the place was very relaxing.

Not as advertised

The condo was much much smaller than it looks online. There is no third bedroom. There is a room with a bed, no window and no door which you must pass to enter and exit the unit. Many things did not work. The upstairs bathroom smells like a sewer. The other two showers were so small you could not turn around. The stove burners only work on high no matter what temperature you select. The floors were filthy. The stairs are very narrow and steep and you must duck to avoid hitting your head. The complex has a gate and the gate attendant is rarely there causing a long delay to get in and out. This is advertised as upscale…I did not find that to be the case.

Location of property and amenities on site were great. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The owner was somewhat responsive, but did not acknowledge several messages about ants throughout the unit. I mentioned we cleanup a lot of ants in various locations of the house.

Great place for family gathering. Kayaks need to be replaced. Kitchen stove front burners heat settings did not regulate properly - always too hot. The lagoon was amazing! Otherwise, all was great.

Great Place, Great Hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Mostly we wanted a place to disengage and rest and this provided that. We enjoyed the area restaurant and found the locals to friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the jetties and watching the sunsets. Damaris - our host communicated with us several times during the week to make sure everything was ok.
