VILLA 5 MIN FROM THE SEA

Modern villa located in a residential area, close to the beach and shops, fully air conditioned, with an open kitchen open to a large living / dining room. Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, induction hob, kettle, toaster, oven and microwave.
Bathroom with Italian shower and washing machine. Separate WC.
Linens (sheets, pillows, bath towels and shower mats) are provided.
House with a surface of 110 m2, with two beautiful air-conditioned rooms (with bed 160 for one and 140 for the other), one overlooking the terrace and garden side sea.
Large living / dining room modern, bright, overlooking a beautiful veranda where you will enjoy spending your evenings. Free WIFI.
In summer, a free shuttle (20 meters from the villa) will take you to the Port of Bandol. On foot, you are 10 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from Capelan beach and 20 minutes from downtown.
