A Wonderful Place and Wonderful Hosts

We booked this stay at very short notice and are delighted to have found an absolute gem. We were greeted by Mireille, Jean Charles and their delightful grandchildren who made us incredibly welcome with gifts of wine, crepes and home produced apple juice and spent lots of time with us telling us about the property and the area. The house is a wonderful place to stay, we felt immediately at home and enjoyed our time relaxing here inside and outside in the garden. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, with lambs and sheep roaming in the garden which gives way to apple trees and woodland - 5000 chestnut trees planted by Jean Charles! Despite the peaceful setting, the location is fantastic - just 6 minutes drive to a large hypermarket and just 12-15 minutes from a huge range of very beautiful beaches on the pink Granite coast. On our last evening, Mireille and Jean Charles visited again with departing gifts of gateux and the chance to talk about our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be coming back. The perfect place to stay in our favourite part of France.

"A lovely country gite, with sheep in the field, geese and chickens and a great deck to sit out on (if it had been warmer!). The Owners made us very welcome arriving with fresh seafood and letting our young boys collect the eggs. Only 15mins to the beaches so gave the children a rest in the car on the way home."

Perfect for our holiday requirements

We had a fantastic welcome from the owners who also gave us a tour of the area in their minibus. They were always attentive to our needs and enthusiastic about their local area, which was beautiful. The coastal scenery was spectacular, with a huge choice of quiet, wide, sandy beaches within 10 to 15 minutes drive. The gite itself was clean, spacious and well-equipped,with a large window in the living area overlooking a paddock, where their sheep grazed. Overall, a really enjoyable holiday for our family, including two teenage boys who appreciated the good wifi connection, music and TV system and ping pong!

Wundervolles Haus mit tierischen Rasenmähern

Dieses Ferienhaus ist wirklich geräumig mit hellen, saubere Zimmern und toller Ausstattung. Ein großes Grundstück in super ruhiger Lage und ein toller großer Garten, in dem wir z. B. zu viert Federball spielen konnten, rundet das Paket ab. Das Gras wird von einer kleinen Schafherde gemäht, was auch sehr lustig ist. Die Vermieter waren super nett und spendierten Apfelsaft, Wasser, Wein und Crepes.

Wer einmal hier Urlaub macht, kommt wieder

Wer in einer schönen Gegend am Meer Ferien machen möchte und trotzdem Ruhe sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Ländliche Umgebung, ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Achtung: zum Einkaufen, auch zum Bäcker, ist ein Fahrrad oder Auto erforderlich). Entfernung zu den Stränden weniger als 10km, umwerfende Landschaft (Rosa Granitküste). Besonderes Highlight: die 12 Schafe auf dem Grundstück. Für zwei Leute sehr viel Platz, auch zu viert wäre die Wohnung groß genug. Die nettesten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann!

Schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir durften eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus von Mireille und Jean Charles verbringen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und Badezimmer und Dusche sind ein Traum. Aber am allerschönsten sind die Schafe, die hinter dem Haus grasen und abends auch mal kurz vorbeischauen, wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Top Ferienhaus in der Bretagne

Unsere Familie durfte 3 Wochen im Ferienhau bei Lannion verbringen: Mehr als ausreichen Platz, offener Garten mit Terasse, im Hof Grillmöglichkeit plus Tischtennis. Da gab es - trotz dem typischen bretonischen Wind - knallharte Turniere und fröhliche gemischte Doppel. Herausragend die Fürsorge und Unterstützung der Vermieter inkl. Wein-, Muschel- und Austernkostproben. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Neben Ausflügen in die Umgebung, nach Brest, Saint-Malo oder Mont Saint-Michel oder Wanderungen bei Plougrescant oder Pleubian gefiel uns ausgesprochen gut unser "Hausstrand" vor der Ile Renote bei Tregastel und der "New Zealand" Strand Goas Lagorn. Hier sind auch nette kleine Rundkurse zum Spazieren/Wandern. Chers Mireille et Jean Charles - Merci au nom de ma famille pour le séjour de trois semaines.

Gemütlich, ruhig, super Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Vermieter waren total nett und hilfsbereit, und unsere Kinder waren begeistert von den Schafen und Hühnern! Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber sehr gemütlich und super ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht, vor allem in der Küche. Außerdem ist man von dort aus super schnell an verschiedenen Stränden oder in einem der hübschen Orte der Umgebung. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!

très belle maison de campagne proche de la côte

Merci aux propriétaires pour l'accueil très convivial et la souplesse d'organisation. La maison est vraiment très agréable à vivre et l'immense jardin, les animaux, les jeux pour enfants, ont été appréciés de toute la famille. C'est vraiment une très bonne adresse pour profiter de la campagne et de la côte.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellente quinzaine dans ce gite (août 2020). C'est une très belle longère bretonne très confortable, calme, lumineuse. Elle est rénovée avec gout et soin, et bien équipée. Nos filles de 12 ans étaient ravies de la proximité des petits mouton d'Ouessant, et d'aller chercher les oeufs dans le poulailler le matin. Le gite est également très bien situé pour accéder aux sites touristiques. Mireille et Jean-Charles sont de plus très prévenants. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Idylle pur

Wir haben als Familie eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht. Mit der kleinen Schafherde auf der einen, dem Hof mit Tischtennisplatte auf der anderen Seite wohnt man sehr idyllisch, der Wohnraum ist super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Die beiden Vermieter Mireille und Jean geben einem zudem das Gefühl sehr willkommen zu sein. Merci beaucoup :).

Erholung pur

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem geräumigen, gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt im Grünen und gleichzeitig zentral. Direkt vom Haus aus kann man Wanderungen oder Radtouren auf kleinen Strässchen und Wanderwegen machen. Mit dem Auto ist man in kürzester Zeit in Lannion (alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und der Cote de Granite Rose mit ihren Badeorten und Attraktionen. Mireille und Jean sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Mein Lieblingsort ist die schöne Holzterrasse mit Blick ins Grüne und auf die Schafweide, Dort im Liegestuhl die kleinen Ouessant-Schafe beim Weiden zu Beobachten: Einfach Erholung pur!

Einfach unvergesslich! Merci beaucoup Mireille et Jean!!!

Den Aufenthalt bei Mireille und Jean Dauphin haben wir mit 5 Sternen bewertet. Ein sehr schönes gemütliches Haus im Grünen mit großem Grundstück. Es gibt eine sehr schöne sonnige Holzterrasse hinter dem Haus mit großer Wiese, auf der schwarze Schafe weiden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es hat außer einem Austernmesser an nichts gefehlt:). Die Tischtennisplatte vor dem Haus haben wir oft genutzt. Außerdem ist es seeehr ruhig. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die uns mit einer Flasche Wein, frischen Eiern und aromatischen Äpfeln empfangen haben. Bei nicht mehr kommunikationstauglichem Schulfranzösisch hat uns Mireille auf Englisch alles Wichtige rund ums Haus erklärt und Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Unsere 2 Kinder (10 und 7 j.a.) haben sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Urlaubstipps: Die besten Badestrände gab es in Perros Guirec, den Plage Trestraou, sowie in Tregastel den Strand auf der Insel Renote sowie den greve blanche. Tipps zu Wanderungen: Wanderung zum Leuchturm in Ploumanac'h, Île-Grande, Wanderung in Plougrescant... Schifffahrt zu 7 Inseln - Sept Îles – ein MUSS!!! Eine unglaubliche Vogelkolonie. Einmalig! Abfahrt am besten von Perros Guirec. Uns allen hat das gallische Dorf, Le Village Gaulois in Pleumeur-Bodou supergut gefallen. Bei Ebbe haben wir Venusmuscheln in Locquirec und auf der Insel Île-Grande (dort Parken am besten bei Camping) gesammelt. Absolut toll sind die Wochenmärkte in der Gegend. Wir waren fast jeden Tag auf einem Wochenmarkt. Am besten fanden wir den Markt in Lannion und in Tregastel. Unbedingt die Erdbeeren aus Plougastel probieren und die Crêpes Caramel au Beurre Salé , auch wenn man sonst kein Karamell mag ein absolutes Muss. Ein Wochenmarktkalender ist online verfügbar (sogar auf deutsch). Wir kommen wieder!:)

Nice and convinient!

Good situated location close to shops and activities. Friendly landlord, we felt welcome and taken care off. The house is spacious and has all the things we need. A potential is maybe to have a toilet on the same level as the bedrooms. The garden and the animals are lovely. Specially when staying with small children. Thanks for the lovely and careless stay.

trés bien

La location correspond au descriptif, c'était spacieux et propre. Les extérieurs sont très agréables et la présence des moutons et des poules sont très appréciables des enfants, sans être trop présents. De plus le voisinage est sympathique et les propriétaires se sont montrés accueillants et disponibles. La location du bien permet de rayonner sur la côte granit, tout est à proximité. Je recommande cette location.

Tolles Haus mit netten Vermietern

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was im Inserat versprochen war. Die Einrichtung ist in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand. Das gesamte Gelände ist sehr großzügig und die sonnige Terrasse sehr einladend. Von den Vermietern wurden wir freundlich empfangen und unaufdringlich nett umsorgt. Die Lage ist sehr günstig - die schönsten Strände der Cote de granit rose sind alle innerhab von 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ebenso schnell ist man in Lannion, einer schönen und gemütlichen bretonischen Stadt. Dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut empfehlenswert, für Paare und für Familien.

Ottimo alloggio, veramente spazioso e convertevole. L'abitazione era pulita e conforme alla descrizione. La locazione è tranquilla e c'e molto spazio all'esterno per i bambini. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e cortesi. Consigliabile come base per visitare la Côtes-d'Armor.

Ottimo alloggio. In realt...

Ottimo alloggio. In realtà noi siamo stati nel gite a 4 posti ma abbiamo visto bene anche quello da 6: sono entrambi molto spaziosi, confortevoli e puliti. E' molto bello anche il grande giardino intorno con altalene e giochi per bambini. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e disponibili.
