Villa with a great sea view in front of Caprera Island - 4 people

Les Bouganvilles is an independent villa, surrounded by a wide garden, situated in a panoramic position on a small cape that separates the residential complex of Cala Capra and the Residence Porto Mannu, which overlooks the beautiful Venalonga Beach.
The villa has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower, a living room with sofa, dining area and an open kitchen.
Outside there is a terrace and a spacious veranda, with great views of the Maddalena Archipelago Islands, comfortably equipped with barbecue, sink and countertop, dining table and living room-relax area, as well as an outdoor shower.
The lawn in front of the villa allows you to soak up the sun on loungers overlooking the sea.

Inside there are two TVs (one in the master bedroom and one in the living room) and air conditioning, heating, WIFI, safe, and all appliances necessary for a relaxing holiday.
Reserved for guests there is also a private covered parking space and the possibility to park on the roadside.
Price includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heating, wifi), bed linen and towels a weekly cleaning service with change of linen and a extra change of towels midweek.
It does not include the € 300 deposit to be delivered cash on arrival, which will be fully refunded at the end of the stay if no damage will be claimed.
It also does not include the tourist tax, due to the Municipality of Palau.
The villa is particularly suitable for those with a boat, being able to moor at the port of Cala Capra, just 500 meters from the Villa, where you can make excursions to the Maddalena Archipelago Islands.

The villa, completely renewed in 2013, consists of three independent parts, each with its own garden, terrace and covered porch. A portion is used by our family, the other two, part A and part C, are offered for rent on this site. This is Portion C, while Portion A can be found always on VRBO, with advert id: 6073975.

Beautiful holiday house

We stayed there for a week, perfect house for summer vaction. The view was excelent, neiborhood was also great. And not mention the region with its beautiful beaches.

Best place to stay in Capo d'Orso

Great appartment in villa with magnificient open sea view. All you need for calm, private and relaxing holiday. Pasquale is the best caretaker and super person. Reccomended.

Amazing view, lovely garden, house in need of updates

We just spent a week at this property and absolutely loved the view and outside area. There are two nice beaches close buy (with very limited parking). A car is definitely needed in this area. The gentleman responsible for the house is very friendly and helpful. The house is definitely in need of some updating. The shower was very moldy and rusty and the kitchen appliances are old, as well as the scratched pots (which did not allow us to cook there). If these updates would be made, the house would be really great.

La casa è confortevolissima. È stato tutto perfettamente in linea con le nostre aspettative e come sulle foto. Gentile ospitalità, che ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino bianco come benvenuto. La veduta è stupenda. Ps:nella lavastoviglie mancava sale&lucido. Se non si avvia non si vede che manca. Abbiamo avvisato Pasquale, che era sempre disponibile e gentile. Il stendino per mettere i capi ad asciugare e arrugginito sarebbe da sostituire.

Tolle Zeit in schöner Unterkunft

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist absolut top. Tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht und sehr ruhig. Allerdings sollte man einen Mietwagen oder E Bikes zur Verfügung haben . Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es schon 5 km. Und es geht recht steil bergauf.

Du très bon avec quelques bémols…

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables et dans l’ensemble notre séjour est une réussite. L’appartement bénéficie d’une vue imprenable sur la mer et profiter du lever et coucher de soleil est un vrai régal. La communication avec le propriétaire est parfaite et réactive. Nous avons eu de la chance de n’avoir des voisins (autre appartement mitoyen également en location) que quelques jours et qui plus est, extrêmement discrets. Nous avons en revanche regretté d’avoir la très mauvaise surprise de devoir payer en espèces à notre arrivée 5€ par personne et par nuit en guise de taxe de séjour, ce qui n’était à aucun moment précisé dans l’annonce (Abritel). Nous avons également trouvé que la propreté de l’appartement et du linge étaient à la limite de l’acceptable et nous avons dû refaire le ménage nous même notamment dans le réfrigérateur, la salle de bain et particulièrement les wc. Côté pratique, l’appartement est à proximité de deux plages accessibles à pied, l’une à 700 mètres (celle de l'hôtel voisin) et 10 mn, l’autre a 1 km et 13 mn à pied. La ville la plus proche (Palau) est à 5 km. Pour vos courses alimentaires nous vous conseillons en premier le magasin MD en sortie de Palau, ou Eurospin sur les hauteurs de Palau. Nos remerciements à Pasquale qui, malgré la barrière de la langue, se montre très agréable et prêt à rendre service dès que nécessaire.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad hat leider kein Fenster. In der Küche hätten wir uns noch einen Backofen gewünscht. Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um das mittlere von drei direkt aneinander angrenzenden Objekten. Die Lage ist phänomenal. Wir können das Anwesen empfehlen und werden bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder kommen.
