Our beautiful home away from home is a three story townhome in a very quiet area of the Sandestin Resort with the pool close by! The kitchen has beautiful Italian floor tile. backsplash with beautiful colorful talavera tile and beautiful granite countertops as well as stainless steel appliances.

The first floor has 16x16 Italian terracota tile throughout. Open Concept. living, dinning and Kitchen area has recessed lighting, gas fireplace, a leather sectional sofa and french doors leading out to a screened porch, offering views of the lake, walkover bridge and the Links golf course. Step out and you will be able to enjoy a view to the bay.

This four bedroom-three and a half bath, deluxe Townhome (2200 square feet) offers all the amenities you expect at a deluxe resort but with the privacy of a home.

An oversized master bedroom with a king size bed and office area with internet access/wireless, large desk and office chair has a private Balcony with great views of the pond and Links golf course, as well, as its own fire place, and lots and lots of windows. A few steps and you will find the perfect location for watching the sunset over the bay.

Our townhome offers a fully equipped kitchen, oversized laundry room with full size washer and dryer ... 75'' TV in living room, and ceiling fans throughout

Two bedrooms come with one Queen size bed and one full size bed and shares a full size bathroom on the second floor. Third floor bedroom comes with two twin size trundle beds Sleeps up to four people can be converted into a King size bed.

Our townhome is at a five minute drive to the beach and the swimming pool is located right next door to the unit. NO SMOKING please. Minimum rental age is 25. Bring your sunscreen and beach towels, that’s all you’ll need to discover a unique lifestyle on the beach. Please note garage is not included in the rental.

What I like about this home is the location. Very private, quiet even though you are the beach, at night you get the feeling of being out in the woods away from all the craziness and you will sleep like a baby due to the quietness in the area.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house, balconies Doors and windows must remain closed at all times (keep critters out)
Absolutely no children in the balcony. No hanging towels or clothes on balconies
Please empty all trash and put on curve, please remove all TOWELS and LININGS and put in the laundry bag & LEAVE IN THE LAAUNDRY ROOM.

Perfect Vacation Home

This is a fantastic rental property. The home is impeccably decorated, comfortable and extremely well equipped. The manger/owners had seasonal décor for Thanksgiving weekend and we nice enough to bring us menus and information on local dining establishments. The unit sits on the golf course, yards away from the bay and is just steps away from the community pool. For our family of eight, this was a perfect vacation and everyone had their own bed.

Nice place, good communication

My husband and our 18-month-old met up with my parents to stay at this house while visiting other family in the area. The house was clean and tidy and accommodated all of us. The kitchen is big and well-equipped. Our toddler slept like a rock in the attic room (no noise, no windows). Our host was easy to communicate with via text and was very helpful and quick to respond when we locked ourselves out one day! Note to other parents with young kiddos: you'll need to bring your own pack-n-play for sleeping, and we couldn't use our portable Inglesina Fast Table Chair because the dining table has a glass top. Our son is big enough that we sat him in our laps and fed him and it was no big deal, but parents of younger kids/wiggly kids will need to bring a booster seat or high chair. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Fun family time

We stayed for the week with my family (wife & three kids) as well as my in-laws. More than enough space for us. Great pool nearby. Well stocked with kitchen gear and utility room. Would recommend highly.

This was a beautiful, well kept and well equipped home right on the golf course with a view of the pond. The neighborhood pool was steps away and great for the kids. The beach a tram ride away. We had an awesome vacation with no problems. Very nice owners who communicated well.

Great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The pool is right across the street. You will have to drive to the beach and traffic is a constant in 98. Plenty of room and the living seating is a great setup.

Nice vacation

Very spacious even for 3 couples. The beaches are wonderful but crowded. This property is not close to the beach. The owner was very nice and I would rent from her again.

This location was everything as advertised and more. The location was awesome as it is right next to the community pool and a a 2 minute walk to the bay to see the awesome sunset every night.

Great Stay!

Property was clean and well decorated. Great floor plan that is great for a good sized family. Quiet area with balcony and screened in porch that overlooks the golf course. We will definitely visit again. Owner is very friendly and great to work with. We have always loved Sandestin.

Beautiful townhome - Wonderful time!

We had an amazing time staying here! The property is by far one of best we've stayed at in all of our trips to Destin. The townhome is furnished lovely and has everything you'd need. Even when you enter, there is a lovely fresh smell that invites you in. The beds are super comfortable, everything is clean, and it was very nice being able to just relax there in-between going to the beach or dinner or different activities. Even though we stayed during one of the busiest vacation times, I was especially impressed with how quiet and relaxing the neighborhood was. Having the pool just across the street was very nice and my kids enjoyed that quite a bit. Being able to bring pets was also a plus for us. The owner is extremely kind and very responsive with any questions and helpful with information. We can't wait to come visit again soon for our next trip!

Perfect home away from home!

Traveled with family and stayed in this beautiful town home. The rooms have been updated from these pictures. We had two "littles" (ages 5 & 6) traveling with us and they LOVED their "apartment" on the third floor--perfect for kids! The screened porch is delightful as well as being right across from the pool (we were the only pool visitors for two days).

Our Great Fourth of July Escape to SanDestin

My family spent the week of July 4 in this beautiful property and could not have bee happier with our choice. the house felt like home the minute we walked in the door,we could not have been more comfortable.The owner is very gracious and made us feel welcome. This town home was exactly as listed. Clean and very comfortable, plenty of room easy access to the pool. My family loved it, and we will definitely rent it again. The owner was great to work with also. And I would recommend it for your next trip to Sandestin.

Wonderful Experience

Everything from start to finish was exceeding easy. The owner was exceptionally prompt and courteous and the house is better than advertised. Had the security deposit back within a week of being home. Location is excellent. Would definitley recommend for others. In touring Destin I would strongly recommend going west on 98 and taking the "30a" scenic drive. Lots of cool towns and resturaunts along the way.

great folks to work with

The property is very well maintained by the owners. It's kitchen is very well stocked. It's a nice clean place. They were great to work with and we did all of this very last minute. We plan to go back this coming summer and we will attempt to stay at the same place.

This is truly your home away from home. Location.. location..location. This unit is located on a very quiet area of Sandestin. When not at the beach, you might feel you are out in the country as it is very quiet and private.

What makes this property unique

Pool is private only to owners and guest. You can enjoy the pool without having to bump in to others. This is probably the only private pool in the area to owners and guests. No resort guest are allow in our pool.
