Our quiet haven is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood on a 1 acre sea view parcel close to beaches. We are extremely easy to find. All the roads to our automatic gated and extremely secure place are paved. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath with living and kitchen area private space with your own private entrance on it's own level with lots of windows creating a light and airy atmosphere and a spacious covered front porch with outdoor furniture for your relaxing and al fresco dining pleasure. It provides privacy and serenity with beautiful sea views, views of the rolling green hills and sea breezes in America's tropical paradise. It is St. Croix's living at its finest. No shared Condominium walls!! We are 2 minutes from the closest golf course, 5 minutes to beaches and Point Udall. We have provided many amenities, including fast and reliable satellite internet, it will not be affected by the many power outages on St. Croix, a writing table, Smart TV, microwave, coffee maker, stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, and even a blender. Our solar panels and Tesla power wall batteries allow you to enjoy continuous power during the many power outages on St. Croix. We provide an up to date and quiet state of the art 18000 btu split AC unit. Initial access is extremely easy, you will be provided with the combination to the easy to locate and well lit lock box to retrieve your keys.

There are so many interesting and fun things to do here on St. Croix. It can be incredibly hard to pick. I am happy to help you decide how you would like to spend your time here. If you plan on going to Buck Island and would like a calm day to snorkel on the East End let me know and we can look at the weather forecast together and determine the best day.

We have small shop vac available for your use. You may use it to vacuum out your rental car to save yourselves from a $195 fine levied by the rental car company if there is too much sand in your car.

Our guest cottage has the most relaxed cancellation policy VRBO allows, a full refund is issued if cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival. We highly recommend a trip cancellation insurance policy. Check with your credit card company to see if you have it or purchase a one time policy to be covered.

We had a great time in St. Croix. The location where we stayed had a beautiful view, very clean, and the hosts were accommodating and helpful. The location was somewhat of a drive from Christiansted or any of the activities we planned but it was very quite and peaceful. We would definitely stay at the same location should we visit the island again.

When our car rental fell apart because our flight was delayed due, Sarah helped us find a replacement car, which was not easy, and then the next day drove us 40 minutes to go get the car. Let me start by saying the awesome pictures you see in the ad are truly breath taking in person. Everything was on point. The hosts were very friendly and amicable. Our stay at the property was phenomenal: great location, helpful and pleasant hosts, clean and private space, air conditioning for sleeping, and a full kitchen. They also provided beach chairs, towels, and coolers to take our beach experience to the next level! Sarah and GB made everything easy and we're helpful in re-scheduling our stay after an itenerary change. When we find ourselves back in St Croix, we'll be looking to rebook!
