Silenzio e tranquillità

Una bella casa nella campagna favignanese affacciata sul mare. Ampi spazi sia all'interno che all'esterno della casa dotata di tutti i comfort. La nostra esigenza di tranquillità e relax è stata completamente soddisfatta: leggere in veranda guardando e sentendo solo il mare e gli uccellini è stato meraviglioso. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili e hanno cercato in ogni modo di rendere perfetta la nostra vacanza. Grazie ancora di tutto, la vostra casa ci è rimasta veramente nel cuore.

Meravigliosa Villa con giardino sul mare!

Proprietari accoglienti e disponibili. Immobile ampio, ben arredato con un vivibilissimo pergolato affacciato su un delizioso giardino con prato all’inglese. Vista mozzafiato sul mare a perdita d’occhio! Favignana splendida isola, tutta da scoprire. Mare cristallino da dieci! Consiglio il soggiorno in questa Villa ad un gruppo di amici, perché gli spazi lo permettono e il pergolato è arredato con un grande tavolo e tante sedie, ideale per trascorrere serate in allegria!

Eravamo un gruppo di amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa meravigliosa casa

Arredata con grande buongusto e attrezzata per il meglio in ogni locale. Il portico molto ampio consente, oltre alla cena, di godere anche il pranzo al riparo dal sole nella villa. il panorama è davvero invidiabile e il giardino molto bello. Le camere sono comode e tutto è perfettamente funzionante. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo assistito, sulla terrazza, a uno strepitoso tramonto su Marettimo. La sig.ra Mariateresa e suo marito Simone sono stati gentilissimi sia nell'accoglienza, sia nel fornire informazioni e consigli sull'isola. Raggiungibili in cinque minuti sia Cala Rotonda sia Punta sottile e i Faraglioni (tra l'altro ammirando, per la strada, case e giardini meravigliosi). Anche il paese, pur essendo al di là della galleria, è raggiungibile in cinque minuti. Per quanto ci riguarda questa sistemazione, sia per la posizione sia per le sue caratteristiche e attrezzature, è consigliatissima!

Splendida villa con vista da sogno sul mare

Villa ben rifinita immersa in un ampio terreno, ottime finiture, ampi spazi sia interni che esterni, vista mare impagabile , facilmente raggiungibile dal centro e in posizione strategica per raggiungere le più belle spiagge dell’isola. Proprietari molto gentili e sempre disponibili.

Casa favolosa oltre alle aspettative

Villa stupenda , arredamento molto di buon gusto e molto curato. La casa ha a disposizione ogni comfort , compreso sky. La posizione di fronte al mare la rende particolarmente interessante per fare le colazioni,pranzi e cene sotto una splendida veranda. Distante pochi km dal paese è consigliabile un motorino o una macchina per andare in paese di sera. Tuttavia per chi ha una buona gamba è fattibile anche in bicicletta ma durante il giorno perchè le strade sono poco illuminate. Un grazie particolare ai proprietari che ci hanno assistito sin dal nostro arrivo, persone squisite. Alessandro

Casa favolosa oltre alle aspettative

Siamo stati ospiti dei proprietari durante la prima settimana di luglio e la villa era oltre ad ogni aspettativa per la cura dell'arredo , il comfort delle camere e la posizione straordinaria con vista sul mare. "Favignana, rimarrà nei nostri cuori! ...speriamo di poter tornare presto! ma soprattutto in questa casa, stupenda, curatissima, accogliente e con un porticato con vista sul mare mozzafiato. Tutto è stato confortevole, la casa super attrezzata e ripeto il contesto naturale e geografico unico. Ci torneremo, speriamo di cuore."
