Ideally situated on a hillside, the house offers an exceptional 180° panoramic view of the sea, including the islands of Capraia, Elba, and Monte Cristo. Facing south, the sunrises are breathtaking. Lavassina Beach is 300 metres from the villa, featuring a small restaurant, showers, a pedal boat, beach chairs, and a sunbathing area, as well as a beautiful sandy beach 5 kilometres away. The charming little village of Erbalunga is very lively, with its small bistros and restaurants in the harbour. Concerts and music festivals take place all summer long at the open-air theatre. It’s also very close to the wine route from Cap Corse to Patrimonio.
The Borgo golf course (9 holes) is a half-hour away, and the Ile Rousse golf course is an hour away
. The equestrian centre is 10 minutes away, and the Miomo tennis courts are 5 minutes away
You can rent a Zodiac in Macinaggio (30 minutes) or take the ferry to visit Cape Town by sea.
