Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. 2 flat screen tv, satellite tv, and jacuzzi bath tub in master. Amenities include access to: tennis court, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, ocean front gym with elliptical and weights, access to tide pools and beach. Las palmas is a gated community with covered parking, and friendly staff on sight 24 hours a day.

I spent about 4 years researching properties in the Rosarito area. The combination of the unique design, breath taking views, 24 hour manned security, and amenities (Pools, beach access, tennis court, gym, views) made this a very easy decision for me to purchase.

We have tastefully furnished our home with local furniture for Fausto Polanco and La Hacienda. The quality shows through.
