On the pink between Perros-Guirec and Bréhat, ideally located, this house, independent granite coast, with sight on sea, is located at less than 100 m of the beach of Pors Scaff, on 1200 m of closed garden and to 1,2 km of the borough, where you will find mini-market, small shops, pharmacy and doctor. Provision: at the accessible ground floor without walk: a great stay dining room (55 m2) with chimney, kitchen, bathroom toilets, a room with 2 simple beds, another room with a simple bed. These 2 rooms give directly on the stay without corridor. The stay opens by a large door glazed on the terrace of full foot On the floor: two rooms with each one a double bed and two rooms with each one two simple beds, and another room d' water and toilets.

Entspannung garantiert

Die wundervolle Landschaft, das charaktervolle Haus, der große gepflegte und umzäunte Garten und die herrliche Lage haben uns 14 Tage voller schöner Ausflüge und Entspannungszeit beschert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (auch der Hund) und bei Fragen hat der Vermieter innerhalb kürzester Zeit freundlich und hilfsbereit geantwortet. Ein gelungener Urlaub!

Un endroit magnifique, des propriétaires cool, ambiance très famille du logement. Destination idéale pour les amoureux de la nature, de la marche loin du tourisme de masse. Seul petit bémol : le jardin n'était pas à 100% clôturé l'année passée pour un chien taille Beagle.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Gegend und gemütlichem, komfortablem Haus

Das Haus ist gemütlich und persönlich eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem, neuwertig und miefen nicht (nur in den beiden Zimmern im EG, einem Doppel- und einem Einbettzimmer, riecht es nach Feuchtigkeit). Der Garten ist sehr groß und bietet genügend Möbel und Ecken zum Entspannen, auch bei vielen Mitbewohnern. Deutsche Bettwäsche ist für die Bettdecken der Doppelbetten ungeeignet, man kann welche gegen Aufpreis vom Vermieter ausleihen. Die Küche ist mit reichlich Geschirr ausgestattet, ein gutes Küchenmesser und ein Schneidebrett sollte man noch mitbringen. Ein Waschtrockner ist auch vorhanden. Direkt vom Haus aus sind sehr schöne Spaziergänge am Strand entlang und in den Ort Plougrescant möglich, wo es ein gemütliches Kneipen-Café mit gutem Essen gibt. Schöner Markt am Sonntagmorgen.

Un super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Nous étions 2 familles et avons profité du cadre magnifique de la région tout en étant confortablement installés. La maison est très bien équipée (y compris pour les bébés !) spacieuse , propre, décorée avec goût . Les lits sont aussi très confortables. De plus, le jardin est bien clos, les enfants peuvent y jouer en toute sécurité ! Un grand merci au propriétaire (tres sympathique!) pour son accueil ! Je recommande cette location , nous y retournerons certainement l'année prochaine !

Maison bien agencée, bon rapport qualité prix

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Le jardin est bien entretenu. Les chambres doubles sont spacieuses. L'agencement est fonctionnel. Pour les vacances de Pâques, le village de Plougrescant n'est pas très animé mais l'endroit est bien situé (entre l'île de Bréhat et la Côte de granit rose), et la maison est proche de la mer.

Un excellent accueil, une situation parfaite, des commodités impeccables. Une vue sur la mer imprenable ,la literie digne d'un grand Hotel, si vous allez dans le côtes d’Armor je vous recommande cette maison qui est calme très fonctionnelle qui à beaucoup de charme

Un très beau séjour

Nous voulons encore vous remercier pour le très agréable séjour que nous avons passé dans votre maison. La maison est très confortable, la literie également, et la cuisine très bien équipée pour un grand groupe (nous étions 9). L'emplacement est idéal pour faire de magnifiques ballades et nous avons pu visiter la région très facilement car tout est à proximité. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Séjour au calme en famille

Idéal pour visiter la côte de Granite Rose tout en étant au calme. Très bien accueilli par Arnaud dans sa maison de famille. La maison est grande, très bien agencée et entretenue, avec un grand jardin. On s'y sent bien... comme chez soit. 3mn du bord de mer, du GR. Fin Octobre, on a même droit au couché de soleil du Salon. Le centre du village est à 1km. A cette période, Les restaurants sont plutôt sur Tréguier (10/15mn de voiture) : La Crêperie des Halles et "le 5" sont un passage obligatoire. Le Paysage est magnifique... bref, vous ne serez pas déçus ;)

Très bien!

Troisième séjour dans cette maison, et toujours au printemps, on adore. Vaisselles à dispositions, plats, casseroles, une cuisine "comme" à la maison. Des fauteuils d'intérieur et de jardin en suffisance pour le confort de tous. Un intérieur décoré chaleureusement, cette maison est un vrai charme.

Ideale uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen!

Mooi en degelijk onderhouden villa met rustige tuin en mooi uitzicht. Goed uitgerust (enkel een licht tekort aan potten en pannen in de keuken). De eigenaar is vriendelijk en discreet (aankomst en vertrek). Wanneer het huis niet is verhuurd, gebruikt de eigenaar het als vakantiewoning en doet hij zichtbare en noodzakelijke aanpassingen (1 à 2 ruimtes verdienen nog een kleine opknapbeurt). Voldoende plaats voor 9 personen en een hond. Plougrescant en deze villa zijn de ideale uitvalsbasis om deze prachtige streek te verkennen tegen een betaalbare prijs!

Très bonne situation pour profiter de la mer

Maison agréable , idéale pour 2 couples avec leurs enfants (2 belles chambres pour les parents et les autres pour les enfants). péchez et mangez vos palourdes !! un producteur d'huitres à 200 m à des prix imbattables. Calme et tranquillité. Équipement de la maison complet. Pensez à demander la mise en route de la live box pour internet. Pas de mauvaises surprises.

"De vakantiewoning was heel mooi en met veel huisraad uitgerust, spijtig dat het een beetje ter ver van een grote stad lag, maar dat kan ook positief zijn als je houd van rust en kalmte. De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We gaan zeker nog eens terug."

Très beau site, très repo...

Très beau site, très reposant. La maison est à 2 pas du rivage, spacieuse, bien équipée et confortable. Le séjour est très agréable. En plus le propriétaire est sympa. Chaudement recommandé.

Ah the beautiful holiday .... yes, it is in this house .... well here ... right in ... right out .... really nice, the distribution of space allows everyone to have their privacy; usability and beautifully installed with taste, all the comforts and equipment: new stove, new dishwasher, good meal around the table with why not? sin lobster day or tasting oysters Plougrescant, to consume without moderation ... then a good nap in the living room, the softness of the sofa or on a lounger on the sun terrace ... the long walks on the moor or return of the clear beach, evening fireside .... In Bretagne, as we love holidays! ...
