Au global positif mais : - bruyant car pas d'isolation entre les appartements surtout le matin pour les departs et le ménage qui commence parfois très tôt. - à notre arrivée rien dans l'appartement : pas de sel, pas un morceau de sucre, un fond d'huile rance, pas de pince à linge...

Calme et authenticité

Magnifique vue sur le golfe de la liscia, endroit tranquille avec activités diverses possible et jolie plage de sable à 6 kms. Le paysage en arrivant est à couper le souffle. Équipement sans fioriture mais il y a le nécessaire et BBQ !! Très appréciable. Petit bémol pour la literie. Nous recommandons l’endroit

Superbe endroit, le logement été très calme et reposant. L’endroit est magnifique plage privée, piscine cadre parfait pour se reposer. Il y a assez de place au parking. L’appartement était bien équipé, vaisselle, réfrigérateur, plaque chauffante et lave vaisselle. le magasin d’alimentation le plus proche est à 15 minutes. Bref de superbes vacances. Etant une adepte de la télé elle m’a un peu manqué car il n’y en a pas dans le logement

A REVOIR !!!

Logement très minimaliste, avec des équipements absents ( pas de bouilloire, pas de détecteur de fumée pourtant obligatoire, pas de télévision, attention pas de climatisation, ) . Nous sommes arrivés en fin de saison, et nous avons bien ressenti le désintéressement du peu de personnel disponible notamment pour la prestation de demie pension. Nous avons été déçus que la gérante n'ai pas daigné nous saluer lors de notre départ, alors qu'elle était à côté. Le seul point positif est l'environnement, mais préférez la plage de sable fin à 7 kms de là !!!.

Bonjour Monsieur, Vous avez réservé sur les conseils d'une de vos amies qui apprécie beaucoup la résidence, puisqu'elle y revient tous les ans... Sur l'annonce il est bien précisé que la bouilloire, la télévision et la climatisation ne figurent pas dans l'appartement. Pour la demi pension: je n'ai pas noté de problème particulier. Vous avez eu vos repas qui apparemment vous ont convenus. Le personnel est le même en haute et basse saison, nous n'en avons pas plus. Je suis désolée de ne pas vous avoir salué, mais cela a été fait par la gérante du restaurant que vous avez vu tous les jours. Je pense qu'un établissement plus classique conviendrait mieux à vos attentes.

Nous avons passé 15 jours de calme dans un lieu paradisiaque !! Ptites criques au pied de la résidence . Nous avons visité les calanques de Piana, Cargèse, Sagone ,Adjaccio etc

Emplacement de rêve mais très isolé à 15km de tout habitation C est une résidence hôtelière mais ce serait bien de proposer un kit bave le nécessaire pour le lave vaisselle le nettoyage éponge torchon savon ... mettre un tapis de bain serait plus qu appréciable. La literie est très ancienne et mériterait plus de confort. Heureusement le cadre est exceptionnel cela rattrape ces quelques désagréments

Residence les pieds dans l'eau, calme, face à la mer, une crique accessible aux locataires de la residence. Mer très claire. Belle terrasse ombragée face a la mer, et couché de soleil en prime. Appartement vétuste mais spacieux. Mauvaise Literie. Appartement pas insonorisė : tout en béton, tous les bruits sont accentués... manque un peu d'ambiance et de convivialité. Les gérants sont courtois mais peu chaleureux. Résidence très bien pour quelques jours, un peu loin des sites de visite (45 mn de Cargese et d'Ajaccio ...)

Prachtige locatie, maar niet centraal gelegen voor uitstapjes

Het appartement is basic. De badkamer is klein en krap. De bedden zijn toe aan nieuwe matrassen! De gastvrouw is vriendelijk en spreekt alleen Frans. Maar het appartement waar wij verbleven heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de zee en de bergen! Er is ook een mooi klein zwembad dichtbij waar je heerlijk kunt dobberen op lekkere bedden aan de kant van het zwembad waar je kunt liggen. Het appartement is te bereiken via een smalle bergweg (7 km / 10-15 minuten rijden) met veel haarspeldbochten en de weg is niet overal even goed (kuilen in de weg). Aan het begin van deze weg is een prima strand en restaurants. Het is ongeveer 45 minuten rijden naar Ajaccio. Niet echt centraal gelegen voor uitstapjes/wandelingen. de locatie is prima om 2- 3 dagen tot rust te komen.

Un site paradisiaque où se mêlent mer et relief. Un appartement très bien équipé. C est un endroit idéal pour décrocher du quotidien et profiter pleinement de ses vacances.

Un petit paradis sur terre : Punta pagliagia

Un vrai petit paradis. Notre séjour a été merveilleux mais trop court. Un appartement propre et lumineux donnant sur une mer limpide. Une équipe souriante et disponible. Nous reviendrons sûrement l'été prochain pour un séjour un peu plus long.

Nous avons pu arriver en semaine. Le coin est en recul de tout. Idéal pour se reposer (surtout sans tv et autres technologies...) La vue est plus que belle. En revanche, deux trois détails supplémentaires auraient pu réhausser la note: des verres pour toutes sortes de boissons (pas que des petits de 10cl version cantine...), un grille pain et/ou un four. Des conseils pour les sorties, et une literie digne de ce nom (nous avons préféré le clic-clac au lit...) brefs vraiments de petites et simples attentions.

Tutto come in foto ma non lo consiglio!

Ho soggiornato 2 settimane e le foto e la descrizione corrispondono. Il problema è stata l'accoglienza: la proprietaria non chiede caparra per fermare l'appartamento. Ma all'arrivo senza farci nemmeno vedere dove avremmo alloggiato ha voluto tutti i soldi in contanti ! Sul momento sinceramente saremmo andati via, ma purtroppo eravamo troppo stanchi dal viaggio e abbiamo pensato che in quel periodo avremmo faticato non poco a trovare qualcos'altro di libero altrimenti ce ne saremmo andati immediatamente! Il bagno era senza finestra e si allagava ogni volta che si faceva la doccia! Inoltre la spiaggia è lunga 35mt circa il resto sono solo scogli e dulcis in fundo , non tutti i giorni ma ogni 2 o 3 giorni veniva aperta la fogna che scaricava direttamente in mare vicino alla spiaggia. Per una spiaggia pulita e bella e per fare la spesa, bisogna prendere l'auto e fare 7 km circa di strada molto stretta e pericolosa! Non tornerò mai più e non lo consiglio a nessuno!!
