Hébergement de qualité et particulièrement bien équipé, notamment en ustensiles de cuisine, ce qui est très appréciable.Le logement est confortable et spacieux : nous y étions à l’aise en famille de 4 personnes.La localisation de ce logement permet de se balader et faire ses courses, y compris au marché, à pieds.La piscine et l’environnement de la résidence sont très bien entretenus et sont agréables.Points à améliorer : - peut-être envisager une réserve d’eau en cas de coupures (ce qui semble rare sur la localisation, mais est arrivé sur les 2 premiers jours de notre séjour)- Améliorer la propreté

Malheusement golf pas ouvert sinon beaucoup de découvertes pêche sorties bateaux et surtout très beau temps baignades chaudes

Photos conformes à la réalité! Manque un peu d’amour!

L’emplacement idéale pour des vacances. Tout ce fait à pied. L’acces à la piscine est très apprécié. A l’arrivée, nous étions accueillis pour la remise des clés. Tout était bien mais manque un peu d’amour....la table et chaise du patio à changer puisqu’elle est instable et chaises cassées..... l’auvent doit être remplacé brisé.... le manque de propreté.... déchets et vêtements sales des anciens locataires ...moustiques morts dans les filets, s’ils avaient été secoués avant notre arrivée ça aurait donné un meilleur coup d’oeil! odeur d’humidité/égout règne dans l’habitation. Nous ne sommes pas difficile mais un bon nettoyage ferait du bien.... surtout des tables de nuits de la mezzanine. l’internet ne fonctionnait pas après 19:00 mais ne nous affectait pas puisque nous étions en mode vacances. Peut-être laisser une note pour le fonctionnement de la laveuse puisque fonctionnement est différent du standard nord-américain. Nous étions bousculés à notre départ puisqu’à 9:40 Sabine était dans l’habitation, nos derniers préparatifs ce faisait sous son regard..... pas très plaisant. Les petits details facile à corriger pourrait hausser la valeur de votre petite habitation. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Fantastic location, lovely property

We had such a pleasant stay at this charming property in the heart of Saint Francois. Only a few steps from the marina and all its bars and restaurants and even closer to the supermarket and boulangerie. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. WiFi worked very well. We didn’t use the aircon since the weather was cool and breezy so we preferred the fresh air (but be careful - do use the mosquito nets since no screens). Sabine looked after us very well in Guadeloupe, and Marie-Paule was great at communicating with us before our trip. I can’t recommend a better location in Saint Francois for convenience. Also very quiet considering the central position.

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce bel appartement avec nos deux enfants de 16 et 20 ans, chacun ses espaces séparés, c'est top. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. L'endroit est calme et très bien situé, proche de la Marina pour boire un verre et de tous les commerces. La piscine est agréable pour se détendre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sabine Apparentement à recommander vraiment

Nous avons passé 15 jours (août) formidables avec nos 2 enfants de 7 et 10 ans. Il ne manque rien à cette location. Très propre, bien équipée, spacieuse. Piscine super agréable, propre et bien entretenue. Super accueil de Cathy à l'arrivée. Petit Casino, boulangerie, office du tourisme à 2 pas. Agréable de pouvoir tout faire à pieds. Nous recommandons vivement ! A très bientôt en Guadeloupe !!!

Super vacances à cet endroit

Nous sommes deux couples qui séjournent pendant un mois et demi aux Antilles tous les 2 ans. Nous alternons Martinique et Guadeloupe. Notre dernier voyage à la Guadeloupe remonte à l’année 2014 où nous occupions le bien de M. et Mme Guillaume. Tout naturellement notre choix s’est à nouveau porté sur leur appartement dont la terrasse, nichée dans un petit coin de végétation exotique, nous avait enchantés. Tout était facile : rien ne manquait dans les équipements de la maison, la piscine à proximité, un voisinage charmant et un accueil assuré par Florence, que nous connaissions déjà, et qui s’est mise à disposition dès notre arrivée (demeure impeccable, conseils, fleurs et fruits de son jardin offerts). Le départ s’est passé dans les mêmes conditions en se promettant de nous revoir.

Un séjour très agréable

La location est parfaitement conforme aux photos. L'appartement est bien ventilé et nous ne nous sommes pas servis de la climatisation dans la chambre à l'étage. Les équipements sont généreux et la déco soignée. La situation géographique répondait parfaitement à nos attentes : tout à pieds possible ! Le soleil et la mer chaude, que demander de plus ?! Nous vous recommandons cette location !

Une oasis de tranquilité

Nous avons, souventefois, loué des appartements sans problèmes avec Homelidays mais, celui de M et Mme Guillaume est, sans conteste, notre choix le plus heureux. Une oasis de beauté, de tranquillité, à deux pas de tout : épicerie, fruiterie, boulangerie, traiteur, etc. L’appartement climatisé est doté généreusement de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un séjour agréable sans soucis. Excellent séjour dans appartement superbe

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette île paradisiaque où il y a beaucoup d'endroits différents à découvrir; Superbe appartement idéalement situé, prêt de toutes commodités décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de couleurs, entouré d'un joli petit jardin où nous avons pu admirer et entendre le chant des sucriers. Très belle résidence très bien entretenue au milieu de verdure et de nature, idéal on s'y sent très bien. Logement conforme à l'annonce, rien ne manque, pas de surprises à l'arrivée, où nous avons été adorablement accueillis par Florence qui est très charmante. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons les yeux fermés et nous le conseillons vivement sans problème.

PARFAIT

Si le paradis existe, nous l'avons trouvé... Très agréable séjour. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et possède tout ce qu'il faut et même plus ! Idéalement situé, prés de la Marina, des commerces et des plages. Pas de mauvaise surprise, espérons pouvoir y retourner prochainement.
