Located at the end of a private road, down a tree-lined lane, in a quiet neighborhood, this house has it all. With plenty of room both inside and outside, your family or group will be comfortable staying here while enjoying the Sonoma wine country.

The newly refinished outside pool area has a waterfall from the upper hot tub. The large deck around the pool provides lots of room to relax and enjoy a swim and a barbecue dinner after a day of wine country experiences.

This casually decorated split-level house provides lots of privacy for your group as it has three big king bedrooms and one queen bedroom and two large hallway accessed bathrooms, sleeps eight easily. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a full hallway bathroom with one bedroom off the back patio area. On the middle level is a queen bedroom and on the upper level a king bedroom with a full hallway accessed bathroom. This can be used by both the king and queen bedrooms. A large living/TV room and desk area is also located on the upper level. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the items your chef will need for cooking.

The house is within a few miles of excellent restaurants, world-class wineries, gourmet grocery stores, great hiking, and bicycle trails, and only five miles from the historic plaza.

The house is equipped with a washer/dryer, hair dryers, iron, and ironing board. A large flat screen smart TV with high-speed Xfinity cable is in the living room. Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning and a barbeque. are included as well as all paper supplies, linens and inside and outside pool towels. There is a parking lot for three cars off the street.

Please Note: This house is ideal for close friends or families. The pool is not covered so young children and toddlers need to be closely watched. There are stairs inside and outside the house. The house cannot be used as a party house. We do not allow any amplified music inside or outside. These are not our rules but are the Sonoma County Vacation Rental requirements.

The summer pool heating fee is $150/4 night stay. This will be charged on all reservations. The pool is heated from May to October (it will be removed from November through April). Although we luv our pets, please check with us on our pet policy for this property. If you have a registered service dog, please notify us. We hope you choose this property.
