unerwartete Stornierung am Tag der Anreise!

Wir hatten die Wohnung zu sechst gemietet. Mit der Schwester des Vermieters verabredete ich telefonisch die Schlüsselübergabe am Vortag der Anreise - und am Anreisetag selbst stornierte der Vermieter unseren Aufenthalt vollkommen unerwartet eine halbe Stunde vor Schlüsselübergabe! Wir waren entsetzt. Der Besitzer bot uns eine alternative Unterkunft in der Nähe an, die jedoch hinsichtlich Lage und Ausstattung absolut nicht gleichwertig war. Wir verbrachten daher den Rest des Tages mit der Suche nach einer neuen Unterkunft. Ich kann diesen Vermieter daher auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Schwer zu überbieten!!

Die Bilder im Internet lassen nur erahnen, wir traumhaft dieses Haus liegt! Hier gibt es zwei vollkommen unabhängige große Wohnungen, die jeweils eine Terasse mit unglaublichem Meerblick zum Essen haben und jeweils eine zweite mit Liegen und Liegestühlen zum Sonnen und Relaxen. Wir waren in der unteren Wohnung, und fanden diese schöner, da auch der Liege/Sonnen-bereich direkten Meerblick hat. Dies ist bei der oben Wohnung nicht der Fall, da dieser Bereich seitlich an der Wohnung angelegt ist. Es sind tatsächlich nur ca. 30 Schritte bis ans Wasser. Die kleine Bucht ist wunderschön. Die Bucht ist zwar öffentlich zugänglich, aber hier "verirren" sich kaum Leute hin, da man sich hier kaum zum Sonnen hinlegen kann, da hier bis auf ca. 3 qm nur Felsen an Ufer sind. Wir waren immer nur kurz im Wasser und sind dann wieder hoch auf die Sonnenterasse gegangen. Dies fanden wir genial !! Auf dem Meeresgrund sind hier keine Felsen - nur Sand - so dass auch kleine Kinder hier wunderbar in das Wasser können. Man kann hier - bei ruhigem Wasser - wunderbar schnorcheln oder sich auf der Luftmatratze treiben lassen. Ein schöner klassicher Sandstrand ist nur in einer Minute Fußweg in der Nachbarbucht zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen "Villengegend", Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit dem Nötigsten und ein gutes Restaurant sind "oben auf dem Hügel" fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch kann man Abends gut mal eine Runde spazieren gehen. Der nächstgrößere Ort ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Hier gibt es von der Bank bis zum Arzt, größeren Supermarkt und eine Vielzahl an Bars und Restaurants alles. Wir waren hier zweieinhalb Wochen und sind auch viel gewandert. Diese Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen, auch für zwei Familien, da zwei Badezimmer vorhanden sind. Wir werden hier auf jeden Fall in einigen Jahren nochmals hinreisen, da dies wirklich traumhaft war!!! B + M aus Pulheim b. Köln

grosszügige Wohnung, mit Blick aufs Meer

Das Haus ist an sehr schöner Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung grosszügig und sauber Toll ist auch, dass es 2 Badezimmer und eine Aussendusche hat. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir verbringen seit einigen Jahren unsere Sommerferien dort und können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Flat with a view

The spacious, clean flat welcomes you with a beautiful view, nice bedrooms, a huge sitting room, big kitchen well equipped, 2 bathrooms and lots of nice sitting places in front of the house, on the roof top balcony and our favorite the central balcony overlooking the little bay, the wonderful gardens and the sea. There is no Internet in the flat and the mobile network is best on the roof top. ;-) The family owners all care for you, via e-mail, personally on arrival and during the stay. Perhaps we have the opportunity to come back one time.

"We could not have been happier with our stay at this rental in Sas Linnas Siccas. We enjoyed lovely meals on the balcony looking out at the sea, great swims in the water both at the small beach near the house and the larger public beach down the street. It was also a convenient spot for exploring the other beaches and sites in the Orosei gulf. We liked it so much we are coming back next year and meeting up with friends from all over the world there."

"wir haben die obere der ...

"wir haben die obere der 2 Wohnungen gemietet. Das Haus liegt dirkt über einer felsigen Bucht mit atemberaubendem Ausblick von den Terrassen. Diese große Wohnung mit schönem Wohnzimmer, reichhaltig ausgestatteter, separater Küche garantiert einen wunderbaren Ferienaufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung. In der bereits angesprochenen Bucht direkt unterhalb kann man problemlos durch 2 Minifjorde ins offene Meer schwimmen, gefahrlos von den seitlichen Felsen springen und gut schnorcheln. Ein gesonderter, überdachter Grillplatz mit Eßecke komplettiert diese schöne Wohnung. Die herzliche Vermieterin pfegt den herrlichen Garten und kümmert sich um ihre Gäste persönlich."
