Guest room on 1st floor with full bath. Huge open floor space on first floor with kitchen Island and Laundry/Beverage room off to side. Back deck sits up and overlooks private backyard and hot tub off to side. Basement has bar, seating areas, pool table and flat screen TV. Everything is walking distance or a bike ride away. Beach Chairs and 6 Beach Badges provided.
