Positive: Good facilities throughout, clean, very spacious (for 2 people) and very comfortable apartment. Lots of storage space. Nice to have a full size bath, Good, easy access to the slopes.Negative: Wi-fi signal practically non existent and staircase actually quite dangerous - had one slip and fall, several trips and trapped hands in the railings during our stay.

Dear Mr Jackson, Thank you for your positive comments on your recent stay at our place in Les Arcs. Regarding your negative points: This apartment is inspected and rated regularly by the local bureau of tourism and the staircase, designed by Charlotte Perriand, has never been an issue. These comments on the staircase are the first ones we have had over the last 18 years. In the meantime, we have had a few hundred guests, some of them returning several times. We personally use this apartment several weeks each year and never had a slip or fall or even trapped our hands in the railings. If you intend to come back to Les Arcs in the future and wish to avoid any mishap with a staircase, we would advise you not to rent in the Charmettoger district of Arc 1800 as the vast majority of the lodgings and their staircases are of the same design. As for the Wi-fi, we occupied our apartment the week before your stay and did not experience any problem. If the signal was weak during your stay, you could have alerted us or contacted directly the Hotline of Neptune Internet Services, our Internet provider, some of their staff speak an excellent English and would have helped you sort out your problem. Excellent location and perfect for a family of 4.

Although dated, the apartment was perfect for a week of skiing. We had excellent snow and were able to ski in and out, a major bonus with 2 tired children!!. The apartment could be accessed by 2 lifts which would have been annoying if you couldn't access the apartment from the slopes. It was very well equipped in the kitchen, with everything you would need to cook a meal. The bathroom was well maintained and most importantly it had plenty of hot water and a second WC upstairs. There was enough storage for all our ski equipment and bags. The second TV and DVD player made evenings easy and we appreciated the film's provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this practical apartment.

Rapport qualité prix médiocre car très cher au regard Du niveau de confort de l'appartement. Appartement récupéré assez sale à l'arrivée, bruyant (vis à vis des voisins), sans confort moderne (cuisine de l'époque avec plaques électriques et batterie de cuisine âgée), literie de mauvaise qualité, interrupteurs lumières et prises électriques défectueuses ...). Seul point positif est l'accès aux pistes directement depuis l'immeuble.

Herzlichen Dank an meine Vermieterin. Alles super gut erklärt, wir konnten ohne Probleme den Check-In machen und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles ist da was man braucht, mit sogar einer zusätzlichen Toilette im Obergeschoß!

Vacances au ski

Bel appartement très bien équipé. Départ et retour ski aux pieds. Seul petit bémol pour le chargement et déchargement de la voiture mais ce n'est qu'une fois durant le séjour et l'appartement vaut le coup !Nous espérons avoir l'occasion d'y revenir.Explications très claires pour récupérer les clés, c'était parfait !

Un séjour au pied des pistes

Appart très bien situé pour skieurs

Sympa, confortable, poêles antiadhésives neuves (+++), des toilettes en haut en plus de celles du bas (++++), accessibilité pistes de ski et remontées parfaite. Un peu excentré des commerces mais on le savait; on parle juste d'une marche de 10 minutes max, qui fait plutôt du bien! Du coup, c'est très calme. Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas faire cette petite marche, boulangerie/ supérette d'appoint au bas de l'immeuble.

Agréable séjour

Les points positifs : Appartement très bien situé pour accéder aux pistes. Départ et retour skis aux pieds. Le quartier est très calme. Il y a une épicerie qui fait du pain frais et viennoiserie juste en bas du bâtiment. Il y a également 2 loueurs de matériel de ski à coté de l'épicerie. L'accès au centre de la station se fait en 5mn à pied. Le lit 2 places est de bonne qualité. Les points négatifs : l'appartement est relativement petit. Il ne me semble pas possible d'y séjourner à plus de 4. Le coin montagne pour nos adolescents n'est pas très ergonomique et peu spacieux. La cuisine est exigue. Difficile de cuisiner : une étagère très basse est juste au dessus des plaques de cuisson (une table à induction serait bienvenue). La poubelle n'est pas pratique. Il manque de place et de matériel pour ranger et faire sécher les chaussures et les tenues de ski le soir. Le point le plus problématique est le déchargement de la voiture. C'est une épreuve :). La voiture est garée assez loin de l'entrée du batiment et ensuite il faut prendre 2 ascenseurs et traverser des couloirs et des portes avant d'arriver au logement. Prévoyez du temps et de l'énergie pour cette tache.

Bonne localisation proche des pistes et du centre. Idéal pour 4 personnes, au delà c’est un peu juste. Bien équipé. Malheureusement, après contact avec la conciergerie qui est censée gérer le ménage optionnel, ce service n’est plus disponible… Contacts faciles avec la propriétaire.

Schöne Wohnung- Top Lage

Nur 10 m von der Wohnung bis zum Anschnallen der Ski - ideal. Wir waren schon oft in Frankreich skilaufen, in La Plagne, Val Thorens, Alpe d Huez etc. Das Skigebiet in Les Arcs ist ausreichend groß, viele schöne, etwas steilere, rote Pisten, etwas jüngeres und partyfreudigeres Publikum, Arcs 1800 ist recht groß und weitläufig. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig etwa 150 m vom Zentrum entfernt mit optimalem Pistenzugang. Gut ausgestattet und sauber, ideal für 2-4 Pers., bei mehr wird es etwas eng. Sie geht über 2 Etagen, das hatten wir auch noch nie (kein Schlafcouch Rückbau zum Frühstücken - sehr schön). Ich kann die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Cosy, bien equipe et super bien place pied des pistes!

On a adore! Acces aux pistes a 30 metres au bout du couloir. Plus loin du centre (magasins/restos) qu'on a l'habitude mais balade sympa en 10 minutes et on a fait les courses pour la semaines le samedi et s'est reapprovisione une fois en mi-semaine avec la petite epicerie dans d'ensemble de batiment (sans devoir sortir presque)! C'est notre quatrieme fois sur Arcs 1800 et on aime l'emplacement de cet appart le mieux. On reservera pour l'annee prochaine tout de suite mais nos ados sont grands (180 et 183) et les lits simples etaient donc limites pour eux (ils peuvent dormir sur le canape lits dans le salon mais ils ont preferer insister!) et nos dates ne sont pas encore decidees. Parfait, nous aimons beaucoup cette résidence

Appartement très bien équipé. Comme le lit est confortable! La sortie vers la piste est impeccable encore mieux que sur aiguille grive III que nous avions l’habitude de reserver. Rien à dire, nous reviendrons sûrement.
