"Ariella Home" is located in the hills of Montegiano, near the medieval village of Mombaroccio and the Shrine of the Blessed Sante.
Situated in a very quiet area at the end of a small country road (about 400 metres from the village church), it enjoys a splendid view of the valley, with olive groves and walnut orchards.
This independent property, available exclusively to guests, offers accommodation typical of 20th-century farmhouses. The garden, approximately 40 square metres in size, with a small whirlpool tub, is also at your disposal; there are no other homes nearby (the closest is about 200 metres away).
Built of sandstone and brick, with exposed wooden beams on the ceilings and hardwood floors, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s.
Access to the accommodation is on the mezzanine level beneath a covered balcony, from which you enter directly into the kitchen/living area, equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink, dining table, and chairs; from here, you can also step out onto a terrace offering a fantastic view of the surrounding nature.
A few steps up a wooden staircase from the living area lead to the ground floor, where the two bedrooms and the bathroom are located.
The master bedroom, spacious and bright, is furnished with a double bed, a cot, a desk, a closet, and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom, on the other hand, has two single beds, a closet, and nightstands. Finally, the bathroom features a sink, toilet, bidet, shower stall, and washing machine.
All the furnishings inside date from the late 19th century—typical of local farmhouses—restored by the owner himself to preserve the home’s historic charm.
Outside, there is a large green space equipped with lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, wooden benches and a table, a playground for children, an outdoor shower, and a mini-pool with a Whirlpool hydromassage system—all designed to let you enjoy the silence and nature of this place in total relaxation.
Centuries-old olive trees, lavender bushes, climbing roses, and an ancient grapevine brighten the garden of this rustic country home, where you can spend a holiday with your family in total privacy and freedom.
