Ideally located, 200m from the beach, with private heated pool, single storey house on private plot of 1200m2.
Come and spend a holiday in a quiet area while enjoying the immediate proximity of the beaches and the best coastal paths (150m from the house). The house is located on the point of Armorique and surrounded by beaches. You can enjoy this independent villa of 110m2 with its heated swimming pool.
You will find all the shops in the center of Plestin Les Grèves at 3,5km. You can enjoy the Sunday morning market and the night market with local specialties on Tuesday. A wide choice of café / terrace and restaurant is available on Plestin Les Grèves and Locquirec (5 minutes by car).
For lovers of nautical activities, you can practice surfing with the 3 surf schools in Locquirec, sailing in the nautical center of Plestin Les Grèves and Locquirec. There are two kite surf spots in Locquirec 5 minutes by car.

Perfect getaway

Lovely villa, comfortable and well equipped in great location. Peaceful location, short walk to the beach and only 5 min drive to local town with choice of supermarkets. Kids loved the heated pool and were in there every day. Would book again.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house

Really lovely place, lovely heated pool, very clean and spacious, great that bed linen and towels were provided, fantastic base to explore brittany. Local town (5 minute drive) had a good selection of food shops, great sunday market. Beach was 2 minute walk and it was beautiful. Michel the owner was great, really good communication before we arrived and so friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house, all on one level. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. Swimming pool excellent. Very quiet, lots of lovely local beaches and markets. Highly recommend.

Lovely house and location

We had a lovely stay here this week. The house has everything you need. Sadly the weather was bad but we managed to go in the pool one day which was lovely and warm. We also swam at the beach at the end of the road (a few mins walk). A fabulous beach, always very quiet and lovely clear water for swimming. Visited the rose granite coast one day which was simply stunning and the Île de Batz which was beautiful too. Did some lovely walks along the coast paths too. A very relaxing week. Michel the host was brilliant and responded really quickly to a few queries we had. We would definitely stay again.

A fantastic cottage and location

Visited for two week with my husband, 2 daughters and their partners and my 3 year old grandchild. What a beautiful house and pool. Very spacious and ideal for 6 adults! Everything you could possibly need in the house. Comfortable beds , spotlessly clean. Fantastic pool. Short walk to beach and short drive to beach bar and several other seaside villages and beauty spots. Ideal location. Michel , the host, couldn’t have been any nicer and helpful. No problem at all to contact him. I would definitely recommend it and would love to visit again

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im April. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten und ist sehr gut gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß zur nahe gelegenen Bucht und direkt auf die Wanderwege. Es gibt zahlreiche Ausflugsziele, sowie andere schöne Strände in der Nähe.

Belle Maison avec une grande piscine chauffée , Hôte très sympa à notre arrivée , la mer et une petite plage très sympa à environ 300m de la maison , accessible à pied.L'intérieur de la maison très propre , cuisine très bien équipée pour cuisiner et tout les ustensiles et vaisselles pour le petit déjeuner , déjeuner , et dîner. Un très beau marché le Dimanche matin , et tout autour de Plestin les Grèves d'autres très jolies plages , Châteaux à visiter , ainsi que de jolies balades sur la GR des Douaniers , très bons restaurants et crêperies pour se régaler.Nous pensons revenir dans cette agréable et confortable Maison une prochaine fois à une autre période de l'année.

Vacances familiales

Très belle maison, spacieuse, accueillante. Le cadre est magnifique. Cependant, la plage a 200m n'est pas adaptée aux enfants. Rochers +++ qui empêchent la baignade. Il faut donc prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage voisine si vous souhaitez vous baigner. La propreté de la maison laisse à désirer. Bcp d’araignées et de poussière. Équipements intérieurs et extérieurs parfaits.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Il y a effectivement des rochers plus visible à marée basse qui habituellement font le plaisir des enfants à la recherche de coquillages. Nous sommes attachés à la propreté de la maison et sommes vraiment désolé si nous n'avons pas enlevés toute les poussières entre les deux locations.

Aangename plek voor een week

Het vrijstaande huis biedt veel privacy, is comfortabel, en gelegen in een erg mooie en rustige omgeving, op enkele minuten lopen van een gezellig strandje. Via mooie wandelpaden langs de zee kun je andere strandjes en wat verder ook grotere standen vinden. De ontvangst was uiterst vriendelijk en voor kleine probleempjes (in ons geval een slecht doorlopend toilet) was de eigenaar direct beschikbaar. Het zwembad met een aangename temperatuur was absoluut een pre. We hebben genoten en kunnen dit huis zeker aanraden.

Location tres agreable et tres bien située

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et avons meme pu profiter de la piscine. La maison est tres fonctionnelle et la situation permet d' effectuer de nombreuses activités. Randonnées, VTT, et même baignade a la plage à deux pas. Le proprietaire est très disponnible et sympathique. A refaire.
