 The villa is located in Olbia (SS) precisely in the site named Murta Maria. The “Costa Smeralda” airport is 7kms far and the seaport is only 8kms. It is located in an extremely quiet position, near to the village center and at 1,5 km from the nearest beach which is Porto Istana (a bus is leaving every 30 minutes). Close to it there are 2 supermarkets, clothes and handycraft shops, newsagents’, ice-cream shops. Greengrocer’s and many other shops. Then there are also at least 4 bars/ restaurants and pizzerias. The villa is a three rooms house with 2 double rooms, bathroom with shower and heated towel rails. There’s a large dining room with a sofa bed of 1 ½ ; a total surface of 70 sq. metres ca. including an external veranda, apart from others 150 sq. metres of a private garden/courtyard, which is gated and equipped with an automatic watering system.
