Explore the area's lakes, mountains, hiking trails, and golf courses, and come home to this comfortable condo each night! The condo comes with a Parks Canada Discovery Pass for guests use.
BEDROOMS Up to eight guests can sleep comfortably in this three-bedroom condo. All bedrooms are equipped with hardwood floors, fans, soft linens, plenty of pillows, and spacious closets to unload your suitcase and make yourself at home for your stay. Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed with en-suite bathroom with shower bath Bedroom 2: King-sized bedroom with walk-in closet, dresser, tv, comfortable reading chair, and direct access to a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower Bedroom 3: Two twin beds The living area has a couch that you can convert into a sofa bed with linens and pillows in the closet.
BATHROOMS This condo has two bathrooms equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and heated tile flooring for those cool winter days. One is in the queen bedroom, and the other is down the hall from the kitchen with direct access to the king bedroom. En-suite Bathroom: Located in the queen bedroom, it has a bathtub with a shower head and single vanity with plenty of counter space. Family Bathroom: Located down the hall from the kitchen, it has a walk-in shower and a single vanity.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE This condo has an impressive kitchen, with stocked cabinets with cookware, dishes, basic cooking supplies, and expansive counter space to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals at the wooden table that comfortably seats six people or the breakfast bar.
The living room is a bright, open space with comfortable furniture and rustic decor. You can gaze out the window and enjoy the mountain views or binge-watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV while enjoying the heat from the gas fireplace on a chilly winter night.
OUTSIDE SPACE This third-floor condo features a private balcony with a propane BBQ and outdoor furniture to sit with your drink in the shade and enjoy the mountain views.
You're also welcome to book a 30-minute time slot to enjoy the rooftop hot tub for some extra fun! (open year-round unless the temperature drops below -25 degrees Celsius)
GUEST ACCESS When you stay here, the condo is all yours. The home has high-speed WiFi, a full-size washer and dryer, and laptop-friendly workstations. You can park in the underground garage, suitable for two vehicles.

Great location (close to Safeway), clean place, great kitchen. Another lamp in the living room would be nice in the evenings. Appreciated the park pass for heading to the ski hill!Hot tub has a lovely mountain view but jets were out of order. Make sure to book your hot tub spot online at least one day in advance! Overall, a comfy, cozy place.
Great location in Canmore - easy parking, close to coffee places and main street. Apartment had everything we needed and more. Appreciate all the fans available.

This was a great place to stay, so central, great access to shopping and walking trails. Definitely the best stocked place we have ever stayed, so many extras that other places don't have.
Our stay at Canmore Crossing - Bldg A, even though a short one, was very comfortable and clean. The furnishings and supplies were exceptional.....absolutely no complaints.

This property has lots of space, very clean, great kitchen area and you can’t beat the location. It’s walking distance to the downtown, restaurants and bars and it’s right beside a grocery store.
This condo is located just across a parking lot from a major grocery store, and a very pleasant five minute walk to downtown Canmore. The kitchen is very well stocked, the block has a publicized quite hours notice that - at least during our stay - was respected by everyone near us. Would definitely stay here again.
You can spend a lot more to stay in Banff or other locations, but nothing beats the convenience and low-key lifestyle of Canmore. And this unit is particularly well situated, with easy access to great restaurants and shopping. The property owner is also especially responsive.
Good location in central Canmore, except it is in a shopping center parking lot. Unit was as advertised, clean, with necessary amenities.

The mountains have long been a favourite vacation and/or weekend destination for us as we enjoy the variety of outdoor activities that one can easily access.
Why they chose this property
We considered Canmore a great place to own a second property. We purchased our unit in Canmore Crossing as it was being built. We were particularly happy to have a comfortable place where one could come back to at the end of the day of outdoor pursuits, knowing that it would only be only a short walk to take advantage of the the amenities the town offered.
