In the small village of Cabrials, that is situated in the Herault valley, surrounded by pine trees, garrigue and vineyards, this very nice and large house is south oriented. Antique and stylish furniture. Many places to visit in the area: Montpellier, Béziers, Pezenas,... Numerous possibilities for walking and cycling. 50 km to the Montpellier International Airport and 40 km to the TGV train station in Montpellier. 10 km to the A75 motorway, Clermont l'Hérault exit. Main shops - baker, butcher, small general store, newspapers in Plaissan- 3 km. Several large supermarkets in Clermont l'Herault (10km) or Pezenas (15 km). A small grocery store is in the village, within a walking distance (50m), and is convenient to buy some bread in the morning and for small buyings.
