Il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole. L'appartamento è molto carino ed ubicato in una posizione vicina al mare (circa 5/7 minuti a piedi) nonché accessoriato con buoni comfort. Non è dotato di aria condizionata ma il periodo di fine agosto non necessitava di tale ausilio e, ad ogni modo, c'erano diversi ventilatori. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile.

Bellissima settimana al lido degli Estensi. Abbiamo affittato questo appartamento, molto luminoso e ben organizzato. Purtroppo è stata la settimana piu calda dell'anno..(nessuno poteva prevederlo). L'unica pecca (per questo non ho dato 5 stelle) è il fatto di non aver avuto l'aria condizionata, anche se la signora Franca ci ha dato in dotazione ben 3 ventilatori. Per il resto, nulla da dire.. cortesia, professionalità e puntualità nel rispondere alle nostre richieste..

Le micro ondes manque ! On a tellement l'habitude de l'utiliser chaque jour... Et enlever la cafetière de l'inventaire car il n'y en a pas ! Sinon l'appartement est nickel, bien placé, la literie par contre pas au top ! Nous avons passé malgré tout passé un agréable séjour.

Superate tutte le Aspettative!!!

Come da titolo abbiamo trovato un appartamento splendido, ben tenuto, ottimo vicinato. Zona splendida a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. E la prima volta che vado al Lido Degli Estensi e dopo questa esperienza torneremo ancora con la mia famiglia. Grazie alla Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile che sicuramente ricontatteremo per un futuro soggiorno ai Lidi.

Leider war unserer Urlaub total verdorben wegen die Vermieterin. Sowas von unfreundlich schon gleich den ersten Tag an von Vermieterin. Ein paar Tage vor den Anfahrt hat die Vermieterin uns eine Mail geschrieben, dass wenn wir am morgen ankommen ist die Schlüssel bereits im Sicherung Stromkasten hinterlegt. Als wir lange Fahrt am morgen um ca. 6Uhr an kam, heißt es es wir müssen bis 11 h warten, da die Leute noch drin war. TOLL. Um ca. 10 Uhr hat sie uns an gerufen wegen Schlüsselübergabe. Wir waren da konnten unsere Sachen auf den Balkon ablegen aber nicht ins Haus dürfen, da die Putzfrauen noch nicht fertig waren also wieder 2 Stunden warten. Wir sind weggegangen um in Restaurants essen zu können. Wir konnten die Wohnung nichts checken ob alles in Ordnung war, als die Putzfrau weg waren. Am nächsten Tag fing das Problem an. Klo ist verstopft. Aber ein Anruf bei Vermieterin war so unangenehm Sie schieb die Schuld an uns wenn Techniker kommt, müssen wir bezahlen. Wir sind so sauer und haben die fewo Agentur angerufen. Danach ist Sie wieder freundlich und erschien persönlich an Ferienwohnung und hat versucht mit Abflusschemie zubeheben, hat aber auch geklappt. Aber am nächsten Tag wieder das gleiche Klo verstopft. Und es fängt wieder mit den gequatsche von Vermieterin, von wegen unser Schuld. Am nächsten Tag erst kommt Sie mit Techniker und man hat festgestellt dass ein Wäscheklammern im Abfluss war der das ganze blockiert, was aber vielleicht von Vormieter war, und die Vermieterin sagt unserer Klopapier ist zu hart deswegen ist es verstopft. Hä??? Klopapier zu hart??? Laut Beschreibung ist die Wohnung bis zu 8 Personen geeignet, aber wir finden die Wohnung ist für max. 5 Personen geeignet, da die Wohnung recht klein ist und in Obergeschoss befindet ein paar Betten die aber sehr instabil ist. Ausserdem ist im oberen Bereich sehr heiß wie im Ofen man kann nachts nix Schlafen. Diese Ferienwohnung ist überhaupt nicht für Familie geeignet schon gar nicht für Kinder. Wir waren oft überall in Europa Ferienwohnung gemietet, aber diese war am schlimmsten. Vorallen wenn Probleme in den Wohnung gibt's ist die Vermieterin sehr unfreundlich. Für uns nie wieder.

Mister T. did not read my mail of instructions, so he arrived on suterday 6.30 h IN THE MORNING (!) and want to enter in the apartament while other guests where inside! He needed microwave oven, that whas not included, so I gentle gave him my personal one. In the evening he called me becouse was not able to enter in car parking; then he enter, but in the wrong car park! He called me on sunday 7.20 in the morning because wc was blocked. I promptly went to him, but I have to call a technician that found in the toilette a clothes-peg that before Mister T. arrived certainly was not here (in fact they used wc on saturday!). He leaved on Friday night without advertising me, so I went on saturday and nobody was in the apartament, that was very dirty and furniture have been moved! NEVER AGAIN!

Haus am Eingang sieht nicht aus als würde man jetzt Urlauben,verwittert aus den 80.ger Jahre stehengeblieben kein Flair kein gar nichts,erster Eindruck wieder weg von hier,nicht zumutbar. 2.Etage angekommen,eine überdachte Terrasse eine große Wohnküche mit einem Fernseher aus den grauen Vorzeiten der nicht funktionierte das Antennenkabel war defekt.Ok,nach einigen Anläufen bekamen wir einen neuen Fernseher,aber das Kabel ist immer noch kaputt,wir Gäste haben es für unsere zwecke zum funktionieren gebracht, Klima gibt es nicht nur Ventilatoren die ja nur die warme Luft verteilt haben bei Nachttemperaturen von nahezu 28°Celsius,2liter Schweis pro Nacht verloren,Moskito Netze sind auch in den letzten 20 Jahren nicht gewechselt worden,Allgemein braucht man nur ein bisschen Farbe und es würde schon netter aussehen. Alles in allem die Umgebung ist auch aus dem letzten Jahrhundert der Strand hat auch schon schönere Zeiten gehabt.Baden ist Ok hat Spaß gemacht,das war das einzige Vergnügen. Leider sind wir 25 Jahre zu spät gekommen.

Questo gentile ospite ha pensato bene di non versare il 2 pagamento nonostante i ripetuti solleciti come testimoniano le numerose mail che gli ha inviato il servizio di prenotazione, ed inoltre si e' reso a me irreperibile tanto che fino al giorno prima non sapevo se veniva. Si e' fatto vivo solo il giorno prima di arrivare ed ha poi pagato in contanti. L' unico problema che ha avuto e' stato con il cavo della TV, che però fino alla settimana prima funzionava perfettamente, quindi non so se lo ha rotto lui. In ogni caso gli ho comprato una TV nuova e gli ho mandato un signore che li ha sistemato e che poi ho pagato io. Non posso essere responsabile del clima che e' molto caldo negli ultimi anni. Inaffidabile

Abitazione poco funzionale

Abitazione al secondo piano, 4 rampe di scale per accedervi. Trilocale non curato. Camere mansardate molto calde (1 solo ventilatore funzionante). Materassi e cuscini scomodi, vecchi e poco puliti. Cucina: pentole in dotazione molto vecchie e sporche, inutilizzabili. Piano cottura non dotato di valvole di sicurezza. La norma UNI CIG 7129/08 prevede che nei nuovi impianti a gas non si possono installare o utilizzare apparecchi privi del dispositivo di controllo di fiamma (termocoppia), in caso di locazione mi aspettavo non si lesinasse sulla sicurezza attenendosi a tale norma. Biancheria: da cucina non pulita, da letto lenzuola sporche e rotte, insufficenti per letto matrimoniale e per divano letto, in abbondanza per letti singoli e coprimaterassi Tavoli esterni 2 ( 1 in legno utilizzabile, 1 in plastica molto sporco). Bagno e biancheria da bagno puliti. Stoviglie in quantità sufficente. 2 vecchi televisori non funzionanti (telecomando rotto). Pareti in soggiorno scrostate. Posizione periferica e piuttosto vicina al porto, tantissimi gabbiani che garriscono e stridono in qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte impedendo un sereno riposo.
