Es un apartamento sencillo pero muy comfortable y bien situado. Aunque capacidad para cinco personas, creo que para estar cómodos máximo 4 personas. Está muy bien equipado excepto que le falta lavadora (aunque hay lavanderías a menos de 200 metros a buen precio). Además, destacar que dispone de parking privado. El pueblo es muy bonito

Le logement en lui même nous a plutôt donné satisfaction notamment pour sa localisation. Cependant il n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce que la chambre 2 est une chambre aveugle. Ce qui est dommageable c'est la présence à la verticale du logement de travaux conséquents (usage d'une bétonnière des journées entières, d'une mini pelle, d'un manitou etc) sans que nous en ayons été prévenus. Il était impossible de se reposer en journée. Le propriétaire n'a porté aucun intérêt à nos signalements et à notre demande d'éventuels dédommagements. Il a nié l'existence de ces nuisances importantes sans même s'en excuser. Certes il n'est pas responsable de ces travaux mais il a l'obligation de fournir aux locataires une jouissance normale du bien. Les travaux lorsqu'ils existent doivent être signalés ce qui permet aux locataires de décider en connaissance de cause.

Séjour parfait

Localisation très appréciable, au pied des montagnes et proche du centre bourg et donc des commerces. La mise à disposition du parking dans un lieu qui en manque, n'est pas négligeable du tout. L'emplacement est très calme avec vu sur les montagnes. L'appartement est bien aménagé et dispose du nécessaire pour passer un séjour serein. Je recommande et compte bien y séjourner à nouveau!

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement lumineux, très fonctionnel et situé au calme. La proximité des commerces permet de tout faire à pied. C'est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons si nous le pouvons.

Très bon séjour

Appartement idéalement placé, en plein centre ville et surtout au calme. Le parking privatif est vraiment un plus. Cuisine très bien équipée, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour dans cette région. Modalités d'arrivée et de départ très agréable avec une personne très sympathique. Nous conservons cette adresse précieusement.
