My husband and I have been living in Palm Beach, Playa Grande for coming up 13 years now. We have two children who both attended school in Costa Rica. We travel more in the recent years but return regularly to upgrade and check on our properties here. It is truly a special place for us.

We are all beach lovers with a passion for all things natural. We created our dream cottages at Casa Rustica with a modern beach theme whilst still keeping all things natural. Unique art pieces and colors make this house special.
Its location and setting being close to the beach surrounded by large garden spaces and big trees cannot be surpassed. We feel confident you will love it as much as we do.
It is close to the beach, only a few minutes walk. The setting is open and spacious with large trees. Privacy, peace and quiet are ideal for people who want to relax.
