Snow Bird Dream For Sunny and warm days during cold northern winters.

Two car garage, pool, spa, patio, fruit trees and exceptional landscaping. Large master with bath, living area plus family room off kitchen, new appliances. All fenced, private with no viewing from neighbors, large trees, grassed areas. Pool and spa can be heated separately if wanted. Home was recently painted, very good condition, lived in very little. Fruit trees usually ready in winter for grapefruit, lemons, and oranges. Property was purchased with intentions of using 6 months in winter by owner but due to family changes, unable to use.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Take out the rubbish
Leave garage opener on kitchen island.
Leave all soiled bedding and towels on top of washing machine.
Put all dirty dishes and start dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is allowed on outside and butts need to be disposed of in proper containers.
Pets should not be left alone in the home and let outside often to prevent peeing on floors. Dog needs to be house trained and non shedding.
If pool and/or spa has been requested to be heated, they must be covered at night to hold the heat in.

Home is in excellent condition with perfect floor plan all on one level. Close to all amenities. Private setting with no views of neighbors, quiet relaxing vacation.
