Beautiful spacious villa of 165 m2 located in the countryside: on a plot of more than 6000 m2: ideal for a relaxing holiday; quiet assured without neighbors less than 300 metres, with only a view of the garden and the mountain. You will also have a large terrace and a barbecue as well as a swimming pool of 7.5x 3.5 m. Located 15km from Anduze (river, canoe) and Uzes, 30km from Nîmes and 40 km from the beaches and the camargue, it is an ideal starting point to visit our beautiful region;

Vacances au calme

Belle maison, au calme absolu, avec piscine avec vue . Le cadre est idéal pour un séjour reposant. À l’écart de la route et maison la maison s’intègre dans les paysages environnant, renforçant le côté apaisant du séjour. La maison bien équipée, l’hôte très sympathique et très réactive à toutes nos demandes. En revanche, la voiture est obligatoire pour tous les déplacement ou ravitaillement Merci pour cette belle parenthèse reposante

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la location. La maison est très fonctionnelle et au calme qui permet de profiter de la terrasse et de la piscine. Je recommande et nous retenons cette adresse.

Belles vacances dans le Gard

Belle propriété très bien entretenue par Magali qui nous réserve un très bon accueil et qui reste toujours disponible pour ses locataires Belle piscine bien ombragée + parasol avec un environnement agréable sans vis à vis , vacances tranquilles assurées au son des cigales. Et le Gard est plein de beaux sites à visiter Merci Magali

villa tranquille

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine chez Magali. Maison sans vis à vis, sans voisins. La voiture est indispensable. Commerces à 15 minutes de la villa. La villa est très bien équipée. 2 adultes, 5 enfants, nous n'avons manqué de rien (ni place ni équipement). Magali entretient la piscine, on ne se soucie de rien. Enormément de choses à faire et à voir dans cette région. A recommander sans hésiter!

leuke week

Het huis zag er in het echt nog beter uit dan op de foto's. Zeer ruime slaapkamers, goede bedden. Grote tuin met aangenaam zwembad! Heel rustig gelegen. Om naar de bakker en supermarkt te gaan ben je wel even onderweg. Magali is een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. We hebben genoten van onze week vakantie in dit huis!

Superbe

Superbe villa, très bien équipée. Nous avons passons un très agréable séjour sans souffrir de la chaleur malgré la canicule. La piscine est un petit peu ombragée (juste ce qu il faut :) ) et il y avait toujours une petit peu d'air. La terrasse est assez ombragée également. A noter, compter 40 minutes de route pour des activités style canoë, accrobranche, visite, etc.

Maison très agréable

La maison est spacieuse, elle est très bien conçue et bien équipée. Nous avons passé la semaine dans la piscine, pas de voisins, pas de bruit, tranquillité assurée. Très bonne adresse !

Lovely and quiet place

Magali was very nice and helpful and made sure that our stay was as pleasent as possible. The property is large, secluded and offers a wonderful view of the landscape. We really enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the terrace a lot. The pool offered us a pleasant refreshment every day and the peace and privacy made us forget the stress of everyday life. You should however consider that on hot days between 12 o'clock and 15 o'clock there were a couple of wasps at the pool, who refreshed themselves there. So if you are allergic to wasp stings you should not necessarily visit the pool at this time of day. But we have to add that the wasps were not aggressive at all. They were just drinking and flying around mindig their own business, so we were still able to enjoy swimming without any trouble. And at about 15-16 o'clock they were usually gone. The inside of the house was clean also very pleasant. Everything we needed was there. Although the house does not offer air conditioning, it was still pretty cool inside (especially compared to the temperatures outside). If we had known before how much we would like the place, we would have booked for a longer period of time. Unfortunately, time passed far too quickly. Thank you Magali for letting us spend our holidays there :) Sarah & Kevin

Thanks for your stay and your comments .. i didnt know that the wasps were back :-( i have a really efficient product to avoid wasps in the swimming pool .. i will use it immediately :-)

Si vous aimez le calme, c'est à recommander

Maison très agréable avec tout le confort pour 6 pers. située en pleine nature. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances! Si je peux permettre, un deuxième parasol pour la terrasse serait un plus ;-)

Très agréable maison au calme

Cette maison est très bien conçue et idéale pour une famille de 6 personnes : très agréable et grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine américaine complète et grande arrière cuisine cellier-buanderie . La chambre parentale, au calme et au frais, et sa salle de bains-douche-double-lavabos , au rez de chaussée sont vraiment idéales. A l'étage 2 chambres et leur douche . Seul bémol , le lit en 140 très inconfortable mais la propriétaire devait le changer ... On prend tous les repas sur la terrasse et on fait beaucoup de barbecues . On sait que la piscine est hors-sol ...... Pas de voisins : le calme absolu ....... La propriétaire et ses parents qui sont à 300 m sont charmants . Nous y avons passé 15 jours , visites de cette région riche en sites touristiques ( exceptionnels : Nïmes, Pont du Gard, Uzès , Cévennes ) et repos , de bonnes vacances en résumé.

... merci pour ce message .. pour information le lit inconfortable a été change par un nouveau lit en 160 tout neuf !!
