Step outside to your private patio, complete with an umbrella table and chairs for delightful outdoor dining, as well as a lounge area perfect for sunbathing and relaxation. Enjoy the tranquility provided by new hurricane windows and doors that enhance your comfort and serenity.

Inside, unwind with HD cable, a Smart TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi, all while enjoying the cool breeze from central air conditioning and heat. You’ll also appreciate the convenience of free parking and inside unit laundry . We provide beach towels, umbrellas, and lounge chairs to make your beach days effortless!

This unit comfortably sleeps four, with space for up to six guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious King Serta Perfect mattress with a memory foam topper, while the second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a gel foam mattress. The living area includes a pullout sofa for additional sleeping space. For families with infants, a Pack and Play is available upon request.

The updated kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with a refrigerator, full-size oven with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, cookware, utensils, and stylish quartz countertops. Cabana Beach Resort

Overall our stay was very good. We had a few issues after check in but contacted host right away and she got back with us right away. The condo is perfect and very quiet. Walk to the beach is short and we just love walking on Longboat Key beaches. We have already booked for next year.

Perfect For The Family Wedding

We had a nephew get married at The Resort at Longboat Key. We rented #8 and #9 and it was perfect for our family. The beach area was great and private. Beach had chairs for us and condo had some chairs, an umbrella and some beach toys for the kids. Some good restaurants close.

Perfect stay

We had a quick 4 night stay in cabana 8. We really loved it. The condo is spotless and decorated so beachy and beautifully. There is a nice pool and easy beach access, which we enjoyed. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Great Location & Clean!

Our family of five had an amazing time here! The unit was very clean and exactly like pictured! We had everything we needed and the boogie boards were a huge bonus that our children loved! Just steps from the beach front! Pool is heated and very nice! Laundry right next to the unit too! Check in and out super easy, we HIGHLY recommend!

Great little short stay cottage

Cute little cottage with 2br, 1ba. Very clean, close to the beach. Lots of supplies for the beach. Could use softer towels in bathroom and perhaps some instructions on the shower as it was quite hot on any setting. Prior communication was slow but once there was pretty attentive.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Condo! It was spacious and clean with a peaceful deck and right across from the quiet pool. A very short walk to the beach as well. The condo was also stocked with many amenities and we took advantage of the free laundry. Would definitely stay again!

Gail was very accommodating, house was steps from the beach , had everything inside , also umbrella and lounges for the beach , plus beach toys if you have small kids. We brought bikes , Longboat Key has nice trails. Will come back !

Adorable. Perfect for my small family.

The condo was clean and cute inside. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the large table was great for both meals and board games. The beds were comfortable and the beach was just right there. When my kids discovered the boogie boards they were over the moon! The pool was also a nice bonus. 10/10 would definitely return.

Property was exactly as described! Very clean, a short walk to the beach, plenty of hot water, decently comfortable beds. Had just about everything you need - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. The only negative is the couch isn’t very comfortable. Everything else was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Beach Location

Gail provides a great place. She met us at check in and provided a short overview of the place. It was very clean and well equipped. Although you don’t have a view of the gulf from the room you walk right onto the beach. You can also cross the street and see the bay. Master bedroom is great and do is the living areas. The second bedroom is small.

Long weekend

This was exactly what we needed for a long weekend trip. The unit had everything we needed plus items we did not even know we would need. So clean and nicely decorated. Even being a unit that backs up to the busy road, we did not notice traffic noises. Perfect for 3 adults and a 2 year old. Nice to be just a short stroll to the beach. The unit is very well maintained and we would stay again in a second. We have told everyone we know how nice the unit, beach and area were. Thanks for the hospitality!

Perfect location

This property is a small group of spaces that accommodate different sized parties. There were three in our group although our unit could bed 6, potentially. This was an excellent location! 60 second walk to the beach without crossing a street. Note: All vacation rentals on Gulf of Mexico drive with odd numbered addresses are on the beach side directly. Our bungalow was clean, had supplies for washing clothes, had a washing machine and dryer, dishes, coffee maker and cookware. We did a combination of eating out and cooking “at home”. Is a pretty quiet location considering it’s on a main road, basically the only road through the island. Beach chairs, umbrella, and very little neighbor activity at a private beach. I think we saw maybe 30 people on the beach. We are returning here. My only regret posting this is that others will now know it exists.

Longboat Key

Fantastic property! Just a VERY short walk to the VERY uncrowded beach! Ms. Damm has thought of everything as far as amenities go. We loved the decor, the comfy beds, and all the "extras!" Great restaurants all around us and never had to wait on a table. Publix and Harry's Corner Store were nearby for any extras you may need. It was a WONDERFUL and very relaxing week PLUS we had a fantastic and entertaining neighbor. An absolute blast of a vacation! Thank you again, Ms. Damm!

Amazing place, perfect location

Gail was so responsive and willing to help with whatever we needed. She checked in via text throughout our stay which was much appreciated. We didn’t meet her until we were leaving but she was very sweet. My daughters (6 & 10) slept in the second bedroom and did great. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach with amazingly warm waters, shells, and powder sand. A quaint pool to rinse in after which the girls loved too. We would definitely stay in #8 again and highly recommend to anyone!

The place was below average . The beds where uncomfortable. The furniture in the living room gross

It was ok bc the property was in a good location but the living environment needs an upgrade. Won’t recommend this unit the furniture and bathroom was gross .The tub was gross and so was the coach. TV was not good at all. TV was old picture was bad and there Was only one TV. I didn’t like the set up at all. Thebes in the second room was terrible. I was on the fence on weather to stay or leave. I stayed bc I didn’t want to ruin the experience for my husband and son. Don’t know if I would do a VRBO again.
