Welcome to Siesta Key! Come, relax and take in the top floor views of the #1 rated beach in the United States. The condo was professionally designed to accentuate your “beach time”. Enjoy the updated decor, furniture, king bed, and fully equipped kitchen complete with Keurig single serve/carafe combo coffee maker. All linens are provided including sheets, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. There are two cable tv's, telephone and WiFi for internet access. The patio offers top of the line Ratan lounge chairs and a love seat so you can relax and enjoy the 180 degree view of the beach.

Enjoy the wonderful Olympic size pool right outside your back door. Elevator Access to our top floor condo with the fabulous view. Coin operated laundry located on every floor of each building, Reserved parking spot; outdoor grills and shuffleboard fun are waiting. Walk through the Siesta Key Village where shopping and dining options are everywhere and only minutes from your home. If you are in the mood to explore, Sarasota has many fine art galleries, upscale shopping, dining, golf, theatre, sunset dinner cruises and sailing on the Gulf.
I prefer Saturday-Saturday rentals. 7-day minimum.

Condo is beautiful, very clean, kitchen stocked with everything you will need. Bed was comfortable, loved the lanai and the view of the ocean. We would stay here again.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at the Crescent Royale on Siesta Key! From the condo to the pool to the proximity to the beach it was all PERFECT. We can't wait to stay again soon! 5 stars for sure!!!

Great location!

The condo is in a great area, directly across from the beach, and the view from the lanai was spectacular. The staff at the property were very helpful - especially Sal in maintenance. It is a nice gated property, and we felt comfortable and safe there.

The views and location are amazing!!! The beautiful wide beaches with soft white sand, blue green water and panoramic views are breathtaking!!! The condo was great and the best part was the porch that we spent enjoying the water view and relaxing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We will be back!!!

The condo was beautiful overlooking the ocean! It was very clean and well equipped with everything you needed. The staff were excellent and friendly! Maintenance arrived quickly for a few things like heat, internet. and the tv. We would definitely stay again!

Good Experience - Great Beach

We liked the gated community feel of the 3 buiding of condo units. Nice setup for pool, gas grills. Public Siesta Key Beach is very large - seems to handle number of people there (mid-Feb). Screens on the spacious lanai, blocks clear vision a bit. Must be needed in any insect periods.

Siesta Key

Crescent Royal Condominiums was a very nice place to stay. The owner of the condo answered any questions that I had almost immediately. The office staff was helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was clean and had everything we would need for our week away. Linens, towels, beach equipment, small soaps, dishwasher soap, and even a small box of laundry soap for one load. Kitchen is well supplied for cooking. Obviously bring the food you want. The ocean view was very nice from the big windows. Access to the beach is quick and easy. There is a nice village nearby for shopping and eating out. We would enjoy vacationing there again.

Best Balcony View

The best part of this rental is the enclosed balcony that is comfortably furnished. The balcony furnishings are the best! You only had to cross the road to get to the beach; other buildings you walk across the road and a public parking lot before you get to the walkway to the wide beach. This unit is well equipped and close to the elevator.

Perfect Spring Break!

The condo and location were fantastic! The screened in lanai was wonderful with a million dollar view. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We did not rent a car for this vacation and we didn’t need one - everything was very convenient and we walked and took the free trolley bus around the island. The weather was outstanding every day. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location in a great town

Property is at the north end of public parking lot for main beach with easy access to beach right across the street, and this section less crowded than at the main parking lot. Only a 15 minute walk to the village which is really fun. Lots of restaurants and live music every day. The property and unit we stayed in is clean and well maintained. Communication and check-in/check-out super easy. Would definitely stay here again. We had an amazing week.

Beautiful location

Location was amazing. Shopping and restaurants within a short distance. The view of beach and sunsets from lanai were stunning. We now understand why Siesta beach has been named one of the best beaches in the world. The white soft sand is indescribable and something you just have to see and experience at least once in your life. We took a short 5 mile tour down to Turtle Beach where they had numerous kayaks you could rent or go with a tour guide. We chose to go on our own and saw so many beautiful sites. Being directly across the street from beach was so peaceful! We are already planning our next stay. One thing we learned by being so close to the beach was, if you’re not home by around 6:00 pm you will likely get caught up in traffic from so many people leaving the beach. The staff at Crescent Royale was very friendly and accommodating.

Homey and comfortable

We wanted a quiet beach get-away, and our stay was nearly perfect. The condo had everything we needed, and we had access to chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon, which was super convenient, esp since we went to the beach every day. We would definitely come back, although maybe earlier since it’s quite hot in July. We recommend you visit Siesta Key Beach to relax, Crescent Beach if you like shelling, and Turtle Beach to see some beach life (we saw dolphins, stingrays, and crabs. Wish we had seen turtles, but there were many roped-off nesting spots.

We stayed a week at this condo. It had everything we needed. The porch was amazing!! We spent a lot of time on it. The view was amazing!!! The beach very close. As close as any condo on the beach. I would highly recommend it and hope to stay again!

Fun, Relaxing and Where Memories Are Made

We had an incredible time here at Siesta Key. Our trip was truly unforgettable. Everything from the beautiful, breathtaking and relaxing condo. The view is absolutely AMAZING! I’m already looking to come back in the fall. The Property Owner was GREAT to work with. He was very helpful and easy to work with! I highly recommend this property!

First Trip to Siesta Key

Wonderful location - lanai was worth the trip with a unobstructed view of the beach and ocean…property/grounds were very well kept - pool and grills well maintained with plenty of chairs, lounges and umbrellas - good chairs amd umbrellas for the beach provided by host…large TV but a like tricky to figure out the options - eventually figured it out - Will certainly come back…very relaxing and comfortable.
