On the ground floor at the foot of an old oak tree overlooking the sea and the bay of La Ciotat, functional apartment on 5,000 m of land.
Very quiet, guaranteed ideal for family with 2 or 3 children.
Beaches 10 minutes away, all amenities, the property is located 800 meters from the medieval village of Castellet. l

Optional spa (80 € weekly) and boat trip in July and August (300 € + petrol) for 8 hours of walking
Possibility of a motor boat day with a skipper to discover the Var coast by boat
The apartment has been recently renovated, it is ideal for a quiet holiday with children under the Provence sun near the beaches
