Environnement parfait au calme et vraiment on a l'impression d'être seul au monde. La surface et l'organisation de la maison est très bien pour 12 personnes. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle. Seul bemol une piscine froide et le hammam hs. Dommage nous avions pris cette maison pour ca.

Villa très agréable pour un séjour en famille réussi!! La villa est très bien située à 10 minutes en vélo des plus belles plages d’arcachon et du centre ville, mais aussi du marché de la Teste. Très bien adaptée à un séjour en famille avec enfants. Nous remercions nos hôtes et Sébastien le concierge pour son accueil chaleureux.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Il y avait beaucoup d’espaces et jeux pour les enfants. Les seuls points négatifs sont que la piscine était assez peu sécurisée avec juste un loquet. Nous avons pu récupérer les clés que à 18h car la personne avait du retard (+d’1 heure)

La situation de la maison déjà, au bout de l'impasse et face à la forêt est une garantie de calme. Un séjour d'un beau volume pour l'espace, une cuisine parfaitement équipée pour les repas, le tout donnant sur la terrasse avec sa piscine surplombant la forêt font qu'il y fait bon vivre. Les cinq chambres avec chacune leur commodité font qu'il y fait bon dormir. Et pour finir, les personnes chargées de l'accueil très arrangeantes et disponibles contribuent à un séjour en famille parfait. Merci

Un super weekend !

Nous avons passé le week-end du 11 novembre entre amis dans la villa. Un super week-end, la maison est très belle et propre, conforme aux photos. Tous les équipements à disposition sont très appréciables (babyfoot, sauna et hamman, vidéo projecteur, jeux de société...), surtout en cas de meteo pluvieuse !

Excellent spacious villa in lovely setting

The villa at Pyla is great for a larger party of guests. We went in Oct and our party consisted of 2 couples and a friend and there were still loads of beds to spare, each room has its own toilet and shower. The villa has everything you might want, a swimming pool which is always warm enough to swim in, a sauna and a steam room, table tennis, bar football and a movie room. There are table games, dvds, high speed internet and excellent bluetooth speakers so take your iPad. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils/crockery you might need and a large indoor dining area and separate sitting area with a large open fire although it was warm enough that we didn't need to use the heating or fire. There are laundry facilities downstairs and although we didn't need them there are lots of toys for children,pool toys/floats, high chairs etc downstairs if needed Dealing with the owners and concierge was easy and requests were always responded to quickly, the concierge even printed additional boarding passes for us at very short notice. When we arrived there was a complimentary bottle of champagne in the fridge a really nice touch. The villa has a great decking area which has seating for 12 and additional loungers and sun seats, this area looks out to the forest and you are not overlooked when using the pool or sitting out. There is also a spacious upstairs balcony to use. The downstairs area has a movie room, bedroom, and shower so would be perfect for older teenagers who wanted their own space. You will need a car as the nearest shops/sights/beaches are between 4-8 km away and the bus routes are not too close and fairly complicated to work out however the villa was so lovely we were happy to go out visiting the area during the day by car and relax at the villa in the evening. It is pretty difficult to rely on taxis if you want to go out in the evening unless your french is good, and be warned they are also much more expensive than back home, if you do book agree a price first!. We visited arcachon, cap ferret, the lake at cazaux and the pyla dune all really worth a visit. We also visited the golf club restaurant for sunday lunch which was very friendly and is a fairly short stroll away The owners were happy for us to pay the rental through home and away, we also paid our deposit through the site and it was returned by the owner via bank transfer. We really enjoyed this holiday it was a stunning place to stay and I would happily recommend it

Maison idéale pour de bonnes vacances

Superbe maison de vacances. Lors de notre séjour nous avons eu quelques déboires qui ont vite été oubliés grâce à la réactivité, la gentillesse des propriétaires et de la personne en charge de la maison. Nous avons eu pas mal de renseignements sur les ballades du coin ainsi que des conseils pour nos achats alimentaires (huîtres en particulier). Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié le calme de la forêt et bien entendu le hammam après des journées bien harassantes. Bref, vous l'aurez compris nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.
