Luxury one bedroom two bathroom ocean view suite available at the Fontainebleau II (Tresor Tower) Miami Beach at a great discount off nightly rates charged by hotel. Perfect place for getting away for the weekend or holidays. This suite is a true one bedroom two bathroom apartment with 980 square feet of living space. The master bedroom closes off from the living area.
This expansive suite which was fully renovated in November 2022, has a large Living Room and Dining area, and offers two balconies with magnificent views of the ocean. The Living Room balcony provides views of the ocean and the beach and the grounds. The private master bedroom offers a spacious king size bed with Egyptian cotton linen, second balcony with ocean views and a 32' HD LCD TV. The marble master bathroom offers a jacuzzi bathtub, bidet and separate glass enclosed shower. There is also a full walk in closet with a safe for your personal use. The living room and dining room areas feature plush furniture, 37' HD LCD TV, queen sized sleeper sofa, and a second marble bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. The fully equipped kitchen offers full sized LG appliances and there is a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway off of the master bedroom. With this rental, guests will receive two spa passes for the duration of the stay and the use of a state of the art fully equipped gym

For families with young children, there is an outdoor pool area that will entertain children for hours. The outdoor staff is always ready to be of assistance.

This unit welcomes you with a big corner view of the property and ocean.The unit is clean and the kitchen is a big plus. It includes all the hotel offerings such as pool / beach access and room charge from any property bar and restaurant.Very quiet too. We will return.

The property had beautiful views. There was a lot of natural light and the property was well kept. There was a significant wait to check in but nothing major. There wasn’t a replenishment of basics such as bathroom tissue (one roll provided), coffee, towels, etc but they were brought quickly upon request. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay and penthouse was everything we wanted. The host was very nice and communicated well and was very quick to respond to any questions. The only thing (which was outside of the host control) was the hotel’s elevators were not working so took almost 20 minutes at times to get up or down. But besides that great and I would book with this host again

Spacious and Bright Condo at Legendary Fontainebleau

We really appreciated this super clean, spacious, and very comfortable 1 BR condo with kitchen and 2 baths. It has amazing views from both balconies, a very nice kitchen, large master bedroom, and the furnishings are stylish, nice and newish. I’m a clean freak, and this was spotless. Building staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. I communicated several times with the host, who was also eager to give us tips and suggestions and answered my notes, almost instantly. I highly recommend this unit. Then, of course, you’re at the best(in my opinion) hotel in this part of Miami Beach. All in all, a superb stay.

Awesome apartment, very responsive property manager, incredible views!

The FB never fails and even after several years of visiting the hotel, each trip is amazing. I have rented from Julie before and she is super helpful. I do not think she sleeps :). The corner unit was perfect, nice size for a couple, the kitchen is comfortable (and besides the FB has great restaurants!). The views from the balcony are incredible and we were lucky to have views of the beach and the intercostal: double beauty! I hope to stay again every year! Thank you Julie! Lesbeth

Wonderful trip.

My family and I loved staying here and we have high standards. Everything is as described. The views are more amazing of both the ocean and bay. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. I would suggest if you want cleaning during your stay decide before hand. Had a hard time getting housekeeping to the room. However all other resort amenities are exactly the same. I will be staying here from now on. My two kids, nanny and I all had plenty of space and privacy.

Hi! I love this condo and the view could not be better. The two balconies are amazing and of course the Fontainebleau property itself with all of the restaurants, pools and other amenities is a dream. I have to say the condo could use a bit of maintenance: paint is peeling in places on the ceiling and the walls; the metal in the bathrooms is corroded and above all, the sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. At this point the "mattress" is just coils with a cotton sheet on top. Luckily the front desk was able to provide a topper and duvet for extra padding on the coils.
