Surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden, this bright house consists of 3 bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, living room, kitchen and can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully furnished and overlooks a large patio equipped with a dining table, chairs, deckchairs and a swing. The house is situated in the countryside and with sea view on Levanzo and Erice. It is only a kilometer walk from the center and a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Scalo Cavallo cliff. The furniture is nice, there is a practical outdoor shower, large terrace of 60 square meters, patio of 65sqm, and large garden with trees.

Great Property, Super Location and Charming Host

My daughter and I stayed at the property for 10 Days and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The property is large, modern and nicely set out. Although we chose to eat in the town everyday, there appears to be everything you need should you wish to self-cater. The host is very nice and friendly. On arrival she spent time to explain all about the property and location. The host lives just a few meters from the house so is never far away should you need any advice or assistance. The location of the property is perfect with the town, bars and restaurants just a 12 minute walk and there are several awesome beaches very close too. Everything was pretty much perfect for us.
