Fabulous property overlooking the 16 hole at the Mauna Lani North Course. Spacious,sophisticated and newly refurbished. New owners have refreshed this beauty. This property boosts 20 foot ceilings in the Living room with panoramic views of the volcano and surrounding golf course. Guest have free access to Mauna Lani Spa and Tennis Facility . This includes gym with treadmills, elliptical trainers, Peloton bikes, Free Weights, Pickleball Courts and Tennis Courts and Lap Pool. Complimentary coffee available in Sports Club. This amenity is not found with most Mauna Lani properties. Access to the owners Beach Club included. 2 bedrooms with King Beds. 1 bedroom with 2 full beds.

Mari and I have vacationed at the Mauna Lani for over 10 years and brought this property due to it's private location with unbelievable views.We are a short 10-15 walk to the newly refurbished Auberge Mauna Lani Hotel and ocean. The Mauna Lani community has a FoodLand Grocery store that is an easy 10 minute walk as well. We never tire of the beautiful views of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa off our lanai.

Why they chose this property

3 master suites with 3 full baths and 3 lanai's. With 2600 square feet---you can spread out without being on top of each other. Low density development within Mauna Lani with 46 units on 23 acres. Development has it's own pool/hot tub with community BBQ/oven/refrigerator. F building has unique views of Mauna Loa, golf course and lake with palm trees.

What makes this property unique

Our unit comes with it's own BBQ and outdoor grassy area for kids to play and parents to relax. Panoramic views of golf course without being right next to play. Private yet close to Tennis/Spa facility and ocean. Mauna Lani shops/Dining a short walk or car ride away. Guests have access to Owner's Beach Club with Beach Chairs and ocean activities. New flat screen TV WiFi enabled (Samsung 65 inch 3D) and Amazon Fire TV available.
