This is our 3rd Summer staying at this property. It is such a great location with a perfect view of the beaver pond and the 4th of July drone show. It is also the perfect size for our family. We will keep coming back every year as long as we can! Our only new issue this year was noisy neighbors downstairs. We had to call noise control due to partying downstairs neighbors 2 nights in a row. Even when their crowd thinned out, we could still hear them talking until 6 am one morning. We had not heard anyone the previous 2 years, so hopefully they were loud renters? But the walls seem to be pretty thin.

It's the View

Great condo, but it's all about the view. Looking out over the beaver pond to the mountains is fabulous. Great place for our family.

The View

The views are amazing! The location is perfect - quick walk to everywhere in town or the gondola. The condo was clean, comfortable. Especially nice linens and towels.

Good location. Slept five men comfortably with room for more. Nice finishes and appliances. Kitchen allowed us to make a big breakfast each morning. Nearest hot tub was out of order.

Beautiful Condo in Telluride

We had such a great time at this beautiful and perfectly located Condo in Telluride. I loved arriving on Christmas night to this cozy and festive condo (the holiday decorations were such a lovely surprise)! The location near the Gondola and Main Street made it perfect for our ski vacation. The 15” of fresh snow was also a huge plus! Local condo management were really great to work with and very attentive to every detail and any questions that came up.

FABULOUS LOCATION AND AMAZING AMAZING VIEWS

VERY COMFORTABLE CONDO, UPGRADED KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS. THE LIVING IS THE BEST PART OF THE HOME. THE VIEWS ARE OFF THE CHARTS. THE KITCHEN WAS A BIT SMALL AND LACKED A FEW COOKING UTENSILS AND PANS . WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO.

Absolutely loved it!

This property was amazing! Just the right amount of niceness and a wonderful location not only on the trail with a beautiful view of Beaver Pond, but also easily walkable to town and the town park. Perfect size for our family of six with ages ranging from 8 to 78. While we were here we rebooked for next year. My only complaint was that the listing has one bedroom listed as a king bed, but it was 2 twins. It worked for us though!

Best Location in Telluride

Such a beautiful place. The views are jaw-dropping ly gorgeous. We were there for a music festival. The stage was a quick, beautiful walk. We could watch the busy beavers in the beaver pond in the morning, and the iconic mountain views were spectacular and ever-changing. Restaurants are extremely close. The unit is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We had a minor problem with the fridge, and the management team was quick to respond. Five Stars.

Best views in Telluride

This property exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect location right off of bear creek trail, easy access to the river trail, and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the park. This is our second time in Telluride and by far our favorite place to stay. The views are absolutely amazing!

Great location!

We had a great long weekend at the condo. Very clean and well appointed. Location is close to gondola and also downtown...we walked everywhere.
