Built in 2009 on the edge of a small hamlet (see map) in the GERS countryside ; VERY PEACEFUL, elevated situation with splendid
views (as far as the Pyrénées on some days), ground floor covered terrace 30m², elevated terrace, 30m², offering 250m²
of living area in total.
Swimming pool 11m x 5m, private with wooden fence, private garden 3000m², private, shaded parking space.
Set near the fortified village f Larressingle, near the town of Condom. Gastronomy, regional produce, wines (1km from vineyard);
numerous tourist activities, 12 km of cycling track along old railway 400m from the house.
Boat-trips, canoeing, plenty of lovely historical sites to visit, museums, cultural events and festivals (see photo).
This house is at the very heart of Gascony with its Art de vivre, its relaxed Way of Life.
