Cottage in the village of Lama - WIFI

Pleasant cottage for 4 to 6 people, quiet, in the picturesque village of Lama.

This apartment is ideally located to discover both the region of Balagne and its seaside (beaches, Ile Rousse, Calvi, old villages ...), as well as the inland and mountains (hiking, river, Corte, canyoning ..): the first white sand beaches are only 10 minutes by car, and the river baths 20 minutes.

It consists of a living room with open kitchen and sofa bed, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Apartment enjoying a very large sunny garden terrace, partly covered with barbecue and garden furniture for relaxing and fun times.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season, flexible in off season.
Linen provided (sheets and towels).
Cleaning is the responsibility of tenants, thank you to leave the apartment clean, otherwise a penalty of 50 euros is applied.

This quiet accommodation is ideal to discover the richness of the Corsican landscape and to be closer to the daily life of its inhabitants.
It is located in a village near the region Balagne: Lama.
Le Hameau Santarella is quiet lying on the outskirts of the village. 10 minute walk through trails and 3 minutes drive you will find yourself in the heart of a charming village.

Lama municipal swimming pool is open from 1 July to 31 August. Admission is charged.
Many outdoor activities for the entire family nearby: canyoning, climbing, tree climbing, adventure park, jetski ...

For walkers, 3 marked hiking departures are available from the village of Lama, and many other departures within 30 minutes around: seaside walks and mountain.

For dining, the two restaurants are within a 5 minute drive from the apartment.

Très bon séjour à Lama, super beau village.Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter la Balagne et ses alentours. Les échanges avec les propriétaires avant et pendant le séjour ont été fluides et agréables.Le logement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien.Tout était réuni pour passer de très bonnes vacances corses.Nous recommandons Merci à Estelle et Audrey

Schöne Wohnung mit Toller Terrasse

Der Ortskern und das Schwimmbad (20min) sind zu Fuss nur über einen sehr steilen Weg zu erreichen, für kleinere Kinder nicht geeignet. Die Nachbarschaft forderte Ruhe ein war aber zum Teil selbst sehr laut. Der Ort und die Wohnung hat aber eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre.

Séjour agréable

Bien situé pour visiter le nord de la Corse. Logement agréable doté d’une grande terrasse. Il n’y a pas la Clim mais pas eu besoin car malgré les fortes chaleurs en journée les nuits étaient fraîches. Quartier très calme. Nous avons été bien accueilli et conseillé par Estelle qui reste disponible.

Entre mer et montagne

Location adaptée pour 4 personnes dans village Corse typique. Bien équipée, pas besoin de clim. Terrasse super sympa. Vue sur la plage d’Ostriconi au loin. Petite épicerie dans le village . Le boulanger passe tous les matins. grande surface à Ponte Leccia à 15mns. Village Corse comme on aime. Départ de qq petites balades sympas.

This was advertised as a cottage with communal pool , this was an apartment with a public pool 2 kilometres away with a charge of 3euros per a person and was only open from 2 until 7 The apartment was very basic The bathroom had nowhere to hook the shower head too and the front door didn’t lock behind the shutters , the steps leading up to the apartment are extremely steep. The closest beach as described was 10 mins drive but fails to tell you it is a 25min walk from the car park You also have to clean the apartment or there will be a surcharge

Ecellent séjour

La location est très agréable, et notamment la terrasse dont une partie est couverte. Elle dispose de tout le nécessaire. La propriétaire est charmante et l'accueil est très agréable. Le gîte est situé tout près des plages de Balagne (l'Ostriconi, Lozari), proche de Saint-Florent, l'Ile-Rousse, Calvi mais tout en étant au calme à flanc de colline. Lama est un très joli village ancien. Ponte-Leccia n'est pas très loin non plus qui permet des baignades en rivières et des randonnées en montagne (très belle vallée de l'Asco). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Un séjour inoubliable dans le nord de la Corse

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce bel appartement de Lama. Nous étions en famille avec nos deux adolescentes et l'appartement était idéal avec sa très belle terrasse. L'appartement est bien équipé, bien que la BBQ pourrait être remplacé ! Il n'y a pas de climatisation, mais les nuits sont généralement fraîches, et ce, même en juillet! Nous n'en n'avons pas du tout souffert. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter, d'autant plus que Lama est bien situé pour visiter le Nord de la Corse. Nicolas

"Location très confortable, munie de 2 chambres, une salle à manger et cuisine type américaine ( très bien équipée - gazinière, four, four micro-ondes, évier 2 bacs, grand frigidaire).
