Welcome to your private paradise at VIVARO BEACHFRONT, a 4,500 sq. ft. luxury villa personally designed for an unparalleled retreat.

Great Room & Outdoor Living:
The spacious central great room features high, vaulted wood ceilings and expansive accordion doors that merge indoor and outdoor living.
These doors open onto a massive 2,500 sq. ft. deck with an infinity pool, sun beds, and a large, shaded dining table.
Enjoy spectacular, unobstructed views of the Meso-American reef and unforgettable sunsets.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms (5 Total):
Four Oceanfront Master Suites: Each suite includes a King bed, private deck, luxury linens, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower and marble countertops.
One Bunk Room: A unique space with custom-made triple bunk beds and a lofted media area, perfect for kids or adults.

Gourmet Kitchen:
A fully equipped chef's kitchen designed for culinary enthusiasts.
Features include white stone countertops, a large island with seating, a GE gas cooktop, and double convection ovens.
The refrigerator provides UV-filtered water and ice.
High-quality cookware, knives, and dishes are all provided.

This immaculate, spacious home will make your stay in Roatán as sweet as possible. The beds are comfy, the amenities new, and the views are endless. You will love the pool, the multiple outdoor hang out spaces, the lovely beach and the easy access to West End. Everything worked without a hitch and the caretaker, Matt, was so helpful and friendly. The place even comes with a gorgeous cat who will politely sit outside of an open door and only come in if invited!

Breathtaking property

The property definitely has that “wow” factor when you walk in - the open great room and the VIEW. The infinity pool blending into the teals of the ocean is beautiful. The property manager went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Do take the warnings about no see um’s (sand flies) seriously, and bring or buy reef-safe bug spray.

Peace and quiet near the west end

5 minutes from the West End beaches and restaurants, this beautiful property is well laid out and perfect for large groups. With 4 identical master bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, this is a great layout for large families or groups. The bunk room is perfect for kids, sleeping 8 kids easily, and with their own bathroom. The kitchen and main living area are perfectly laid out for large groups, and the extra long dining table accommodated our party of 13 for every meal and game night. The pool saw more use from our group than the ocean, as it rained and made the bay murky. It's nice to have the option. The host, Matt was a very gracious host, and always available. The staff were all great. Marty the van driver was also very helpful. We had an infant, and they all worked to source a high chair and a port-a-crib, which really made our stay much more comfortable. We used the paddleboards and kids played on the beach. For those wanting to snorkel the reef, I highly recommend bringing an inflatable buoy or diver buoy to signal boats that you are in the water. If you are good swimmers and enjoy snorkeling, the reef has numerous small coral Canyons full of fish and marine life. We saw turtles, sting rays, lobsters, cuttlefish, and massive schools of reef fish. Worth the swim, but take caution for the boats.

Beautiful Home in West End

Our group of 11 (2 families) had such a great week at the Vivaro Roatan Beachfront house! Marty met us at the airport along with another driver to transport us all to the house after a grocery stop at Eldon's. We utilized Marty as our driver throughout the week. He was very prompt and easy to communicate with. Marty's wife Chef Blackie prepared appetizers & dinner for us the evening of our arrival as well as cooked our tuna we caught on our fishing charter another evening. The house and location were perfect for our large group. We enjoyed many hours swimming in the pool and relaxing on the deck. We would highly recommend Vivaro Roatan Beachfront!

Paradise in Roatan

We had the most incredible stay at this beachfront home in Roatán! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views—crystal-clear turquoise waters just steps from the porch, swaying palm trees, and soft white sand that felt like our own private retreat. The home itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, blending island charm with modern comforts. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen made our stay effortless. We especially loved relaxing on the deck, sipping coffee in the morning and watching the sunset each evening. What really set this home apart was the location—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to great snorkeling spots, beach bars, and restaurants. We felt completely safe and at home the entire time. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a truly magical place, we can’t recommend this home enough.

Relaxing, beautiful vacation

For being in such a remote location, this property exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 15 and the house had plenty of space, the teenagers loved the bunk room! Matt, Marty and Tanya were so great to work with, easy to reach, quick to respond and helped us book our outings. Marty took us everywhere, and we asked him for a lot of rides :). We definitely miss the view, the warm weather and Marley the cat!

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay!

The property was beautiful and we were well taken care of. The property manager and staff did an amazing job. The island has the best snorkeling and sunsets! We had a perfect view every night. Make sure to stop at the Roatan Brewery (we went twice) for a relaxing afternoon of great beer and food.

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing

This house was just like the pictures. It was beautiful, serene, and with great snorkeling, just a close swim out in a quiet inlet directly out from the home. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we plan on returning to this property in the future. The owner keeps the house in excellent condition and is very responsive to all inquiries about any topic regarding the home or the local area.

Incredible Stay and Incredible Home for Events!!

My partner and I were able to have our small and private wedding in the back yard of this home. It was absolutely phenomenal. With enough rooms to allow all of our guests to get ready, the home is the perfect entertainment spot! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or a venue to host a perfect party!

For our family, West End and Roatan has become a second home. From the world class diving and snorkeling to fishing trip to Cayos Cochinos during the day to fantastic meals and new and old friends in friendly West End, every vacation is spectacular.

Why they chose this property

We choose this property because of its perfect West End location and privacy. Most lots we looked at were not RIGHT ON THE SAND. The location is also very private - there are no people and no cars (like on Sandy Bay beach) driving down your beach. In fact, we are almost at the end of the road. There are very few spots in West End or West Bay that offer this much seclusion while still being so close to the action and activities that make West End so special.

What makes this property unique

It was important to us to be close to West End. A remote location away from a mini market or a sunset bar did not appeal to us. West End is an authentic little village right on the sand with everything you might need. The dive shops, bars, and restaurants are so friendly and welcoming. Roatan is truly a special place filled with a diverse international crowd.
