Our apartment is nestled in the hills up above Cala Piccola Bay, a prestigious residential area just a few km from the charming port of Porto Santo Stefano.
It sleeps 6 people and has 3 bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms have Air Conditioning.
Our private terrace and well-tended garden look right out onto the blue sea, with a front-row view of Giglio Island across the water.
All the rooms of the apartment have access outside, you can eat ouside on the terrace or in the large living room/dining room next to the kitchen corner.
Internet WiFi, high speed (optical fiber).
Electricity is not included and it must be paid upon consumption: € 0.50 per kw. Average cost 35/60 euros per week.
Final cleanings season: € 120
Refundable safety deposit: € 250

relaxing holidays

The accommodation was as described and fully met our expectations. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, there was a little delicious surprise to welcome us and communication with them was very easy.The kitchen was very well equipped and functional. One suggestion for improvement would be better mosquito protection with appropriate screens on the windows/doors.The free entry for 4 people to the Cala Piccola bathing complex is a big plus for the accommodation.

The view is breathtaking, and you can gaze at it for hours from the large terrace. Communication with the owner beforehand was excellent, and we were welcomed by the cleaners. The garden is beautifully maintained.The house itself could use a bit of a fresh coat of paint inside. The bathrooms are very small, but there's plenty of hot water. They could also use some updating.The kitchen is small but well-equipped, except for a kettle and a Nespresso machine. There's a shuttle service that takes you to and from the beach, which is fantastic.All in all, we had a wonderful week.

Just sit and watch the sea, thats all what you need

One of the best accommodation which we had on Monte Argentario. Quiet, spacy with lot of greenery and astonishing view on the sea. All rooms are nicely designed and perfectly organized for family. Lot of space to play, relax and enjoy unbelievable nature and sea. Privat Cala Piccola beach is more for older kids with chance to dive and observe fishes. Parents welcome bar with good coffe and drinks. Whole team of beach were kind and helpful. Owners gave us always perfect advice and help to solve our needs. We will definitele come back. More than amazing week.

Many issues in the house although in top-rated location.

As probably majority of the guests we were attracted by the pictures shoving stunning view from outside terrace, which was actually true. Unfortunately, the positive elements stop here. Communication with the owner was excellent before check-in but he delegated the welcome to the cleaning people, which was disappointing. We had many issues during our stay: electricity were interrupted regularly during the night without any reason, the cleanliness/refurbishment of the house was a major issue during our stay. Outside/internal doors were in poor conditions, especially that of the detached sleeping room downstairs. Insect protection was also damaged in many spots and did not prevent insect going in. Picture actually resembles situation at least back to 10 years ago. The house conditions is currently very bad, We were received by the cleaning people and we expressed our preliminary negative comments directly to them since it was very evident that the current house conditions was not reflected into the published pictures. Although the kitchen has been renovated with new furniture (but not the equipment itself), there is no exhaust hood installed and therefore no meal can be prepared without suffering smell for days. We were able only to prepare coffee and heat-up milk in the morning. There is no enough space in the built-in wardrobe and they smell very bad. We were not able to put our dress. Definitely house needs major renovation. We do not recommend to rent it as it is today.

Die Wohnung hat eine Top Lage mit grandioser Aussicht. Man braucht aber zum Einkaufen und für Ausflüge oder zum Wasser ein Auto. Der Shuttle Service zum felsigen Strand fährt nur bis 7. September, für uns war der Fußweg ca 30 Minuten. In der Wohnung hat uns nichts gefehlt, und die Sauberkeit war OK. Leider haben wir die Gastgeber nicht persönlich kennen gelernt so das die Kommunikation mit der Vertretung nicht so einfach war, aber sie waren sehr bemüht und nett. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Vielen Dank!

La casa si trova affacciata su Cala Piccola regalando una vista mozzafiato sul mare e le sue isole, Giglio, Montecristo e quando è molto limpido si vede anche la Corsica. E già questo vale il soggiorno. É spaziosa e ben attrezzata ed ha un giardino e una terrazza godibilissimi. Consigliata.

Vue, terrasse et lieux superbe

Nous avons réellement apprécié cette propriété, les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été faciles et utiles. La vue, le site de cala picola et la grande terrasse du logement sont magnifiques. La région est superbe et intéressante à visiter et connaître, plusieurs bon restaurants, boutique et peu de touristes internationaux nous ont permis de vivre une vrai expérience italienne. Il faut obligatoirement avoir une voiture pour en bénéficier et maîtriser minimalement l’italien, les très sympathiques et cordiaux responsable locaux de l’hébergement sont unilingue italien. Les équipements sont complet, la literie propres et en nombre suffisant. Notre seul petit point à améliorer serait de mettre plus d’attention sur la propreté des lieux intérieurs, sans toutefois que cela fut désagréable. Nous recommandons cet hôte sans réserves. Suggestion additionnelle, une cafetière de type nespresso serait un ajout intéressant.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Alles wunderbar. Terrasse mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Cilio. Sehr gepflegte und moderne Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, reagieren sofort. Hervorragende Anfahrtsbeschreibung. Wir waren positiv überrascht, dass die Vermieterin Simonetta noch dazu perfekt deutsch spricht. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Zum Baden waren wir mit unserem kleinen Sohn meistens am weiten Sandstrand der Feniglia und zur Abwechslung am spaggia l acqua dolce bei Porto Ercole.

Plein les yeux dans un appartement/ maison de qualité

Vue remarquable sur l'ile de Giglio. Nous avons donc pris le ferry pour la voir de plus près et n'avons pas été déçus. Maison pas très éloignée du centre ville, donc achats de poissons frais. Nous avons visité Pitigliano, Saturnia etc. Journées bien remplies.

Una bella vacanza

Posto davvero incantevole dove abbiamo soggiornato ottimamente in quattro persone per venti giorni. La casa è molto carina con vicini gentili e discreti e splendida vista sul mare e sull’isola del Giglio, è dotata di tre camere da letto con impianto di condizionamento ed ampia terrazza. Simonetta è un ospite molto gentile che ha sempre risposto prontamente alle nostre richieste. Servizio navetta per il mare molto comodo. Assolutamente da consigliare. Grazie.

Das Objekt ist gut gelegen und die Aussicht traumhaft. Leider war die Badebucht noch nicht offen und es gibt keinen Strand, nur Felsen bestückt mit Sonnenschirmen. Die Einrichtung soweit gut.

Uno dei pochi casi in cui avrei pagato di più la permanenza. Un caso raro in cui le foto rendono meno della comodità e pulizia della casa e dell'ambiente circostante effettivamente riscontrate. Ti senti coccolato da chi gestisce l'appartamento e anche dai proprietari, persone splendide. Un ambiente per pochi, peraltro Cala Piccola lo è per questo. Grazie

Erholsamer Urlaub in toller Umgebung mit einmaligem Blick aufs Meer

Die Sicht von der Terrasse der Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön. Die Insel Giglio im Sonnennuntergang. Da kocht oder grillt man einfach lieber selber als Essen zu gehen. Auch bei den Wanderungen in der Umgebung hat man immer wieder tolle Aussichten aufs Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Immer gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung mit gigantischen Meerblick

Die Kommunikation und der Check-In mit den Vermietern hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Terrasse mit dem Meerblick ist ein Traum. Man hat auch Zutritt in einen Beach Club, welcher sehr schön ist. Sind ca 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auto ist zwingend notwendig. Leider konnten wir nur eine Nacht bleiben, da ich mir den Fuß gebrochen habe. Uns wurde bereits am Folgetag das ganze Geld retour überwiesen. Auch an dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank für die schnelle Abwicklung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Casa molto piacevole e ben attrezzata

E' stata complessivamente una ottima esperienza, la casa è in una posizione meravigliosa, con panorama mozzafiato ed è molto ben attrezzata per viverci e cucinare. L'unico neo sono state le limitazioni davvero notevoli per accedete al mare (causa restrizioni Covid), comunicate solo genericamente. In realtà quasi 3/4 del tempo il mare non era a disposizione e ciò non era stato esattamente indicato. Poi solo la gentilezza del personale addetto alla spiaggia che ci ha concesso altri giorni ha mitigato il problema. Comunque nel complesso siamo stati contenti e abbiamo passato tre ottime settimane. Non escludiamo di ripetere l'esperienza il prossimo anno.
