This studio is located on the first floor of a 2-storey family house with just 3 units. It offers you a spacious terrace with pool view and it has been renovated in 2021. Equipped with ceiling fan, screened windows, TV, sofa, queen size bed, dinner table and a small kitchenette and bathroom.
Enjoy the gentle breeze from the spacious gazebo on the pool side and walk just 100 yards to the beautiful beach. All the amenities of Costambar like restaurants, bars, supermarket tennis court and golf course are just a 5-8 minutes walk away. The Ocean World Aquatic Park is a 10 minutes drive away at neighbouring Cofresi.
