The south facing backyard has a large salt water pool, built in BBQ and an outdoor fireplace. Easy access to golf, shopping, biking and restaurants. (will not heat pool for months of Dec & Jan)

We purchased this property to secure a place in the sun to break up our Western Canadian Winters. We were looking for a location with a direct flight and a short drive from the airport.
