Superbe villa bien située

L'accueil est parfait, les propriétaires ont su se rendre disponibles et prendre le temps pour faire le tour de la maison. L'extérieur (piscine, espace salon, table à manger, ...) sont encore plus beaux que sur les photos, nous avons passé 2 semaines principalement à l'extérieur. Les chambres et salles de bain sont top, et bien décorées, cuisine bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Piscine avec alarme. Villa bien située, dans rue et quartier calme, à 5min en voiture de Porticcio (nombreux commerces, restaurants de plage, supermarchés,...), Ajaccio à 20min en voiture, grand supermarché Leclerc à 15min en voiture. Idéal pour famille avec enfants.

Une belle maison bien équipée et pratique dans un environnement très floral et propice à la détente. la résidence est très calme et la proximité du centre ville et des plages sont également appréciables. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible.

"Très belle maison,propre et bien équipée, avec un jardin et une vue magnifiques. Endroit très calme et proche du centre et des commerces, accessibles en 5 mn en voiture (montée un peu raide à pied). Accueil très sypmpathique des propriétaires à l''arrivée. Plages nombreuses et agréables à proximité, et pas surpeuplées meme en juillet."
