Great outdoor spaces make this a unique vacation spot

This wonderful comfortable villa, located in a quiet and private location, was designed, built, and decorated by the best team in Casa de Campo.
A great patio with waterfall and indoor ponds immediately creates a relaxing feeling as soon as you enter this fine home.
Three of the 4 bedrooms are on a gallery for extra privacy, all have en suite bathrooms. A study / TV room has a pull out sofa bed for additional sleeping. The master bedroom suite is located on the opposite side and enjoys the easterly breezes. The master bathroom has a his and her part, and an outside jacuzzi.
The house is surrounded by a large tropical lush garden. A great porch, a large terrace, and oversized salt water pool with jacuzzi overlook the first hole of the private La Romana Country Club golf course. A small gazebo is the perfect place for breakfast ,yoga or outdoors massage.
The open living room and dining room are great places to enjoy your vacation, a well equipped kitchen makes it all complete.

New registration fees starting February 1, 2026.( not included in the rentaL)

• US$30.00 per adult, per night (adults: 13 years and older)

• US$15.00 per child, per night (children: 4 to 12 years old)

• Complimentary for children under 4 years old

Each registered visitor will receive a personalized identification card granting access to the resort and its facilities, as well as to the Villa Concierge Service for assistance with booking activities at the following outlets:

• Resort restaurants and bars

• Equestrian Center

• Shooting Center

• Racquet Center

• Golf courses (advance tee time reservation required; applicable rates apply)

• Gym/Fitness Center (preferential rates for owners)

• The Spa at Casa de Campo

• Use of towels and lounge chairs at the main hotel pool and Minitas Beach

The registration fee applies to all stays of less than 30 consecutive days. Stays meeting or exceeding 30 uninterrupted days are exempt from this fee.

Inge and her team met us upon arrival and helped us settle in. The house was beautiful, the pool and view were amazing and the golf carts were new. Victor helped us with restaurant reservations and Elizabeth made the best breakfasts! Thanks to the team for a wonderful stay!

Great Vacation Home For Family

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful home and felt so welcomed by Elizabeth, Augustine and Igne. Also, Elizabeth is a great cook! We had both breakfast and dinner with her and we'd loved it. We'll be back soon!

Family Break!

The house is so much more beautiful than what you see in the pictures. Domingo the butler and Elizabeth the cook were extra nice and pampered us with every posible detail. I have stayed several times in Cada de Campo and this was by far the best vacation ever!

Beautiful home for our family trip

The villa was gorgeous and as beautiful as pictured. We had an extended family vacation of 10ppl with kids and were well taken care of by Augustin and Elizabeth. Inge and her team were also great at helping arrange airport transfers, grocery delivery pre-arrival, restaurant reservations. We would certainly come again.

Amazing Casa de Campo Home with even more fabulous people

We had an absolutely excellent experience from check-in to the day we left. This house is very spacious and comfortable for a large group with all the amenities. The on-site staff is among the nicest and most attendant that I've encountered having stayed many times in different locations. Look no further if you are looking for a place in this slice of paradise.

Amazing luxurious is the best words for the place

We have to thank the owners of this amazing villa for letting us stay here. This villa have everything you oils desire, staff that take amazing care of you and your entire family, pool, jacuzzi's and fabulous views. I would recommend everyone to try it out! Our family stayed for 4 weeks and no one wants to leave! We will for sure be back.

Amazing home and staff

This is a beautiful home, and the pool view makes u feel that u r definitely on an island. Elizabeth the home keeper and victor the butler are Absolutely AMAZING!!! They accommodated us in every which way. Ingrid, the host made everything streamlined for us! Recommend this place 100000%

El Batey Sur - Family Vacation 2022

Our stay at Batey Sur 12 was amazing, the house is incredibly clean, the staff is very attentive, hard working, welcoming and polite. The house has two newly refurbished rooms that are beautiful, as the rest of the house. It was a lovely stay and definitely would book again.

Family Xmas trip

Batey 12 is a wonderful, open and breezy house. The staff is hospitable and knowledgeably and you feel relax and welcome upon arrival. This is the second year in a row that we have rented the home for our Xmas vacation and we are planning to return in 2016.

Exceptional Experience

My family and I recently stayed at Villa Nova on the Casa de Campo property. I am not sure what I can say about our experience, which can adequately describe how happy we were to stay here. My wife and 5 year old son travel every year for extended stays to escape the snow and cold of eastern Canada. We've had the pleasure of staying in many locations but non have matched the appeal and amenities of this home. Everything from the friendly and capable staff, to the pool and villa, to the Casa de Campo facilities, everything was amazing. We'd highly recommend this villa and the property.

THE PERFECT VACATION

We came to the villa end September for holiday with my daughter. We where only two people. The villa was the perfect. The villa interior, grounds, and the view of the Country Club golf course and the Dye Fore course from the deck was really beautiful and you felt like you were at home instantly. The staff were just an excellent group and always ready to help no matter what you needed. We did eat at a number of the restaurants and all the meals were very good The villa is very close to LA Marina . It is easy to get around with the golf cart. A trip over to La Marina took about 5-minutes by golf cart. The resort is huge so we made good use of our golf cart and a rental car. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone going to Casa de Campo. The owners, were just great to work with as we planned this trip. The house manager is great which gave us great assistance on the resort and gave us great advice on everything we wanted to do. Everything turned out more than we expected which made the trip very fulfilling. We will for sure go back.
