Located in the Grass, an important oyster village, the villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The interior organization of the villa is as follows:
- 3 bedrooms with a double bed (including 1 of 160 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A cot can be made available.
- 1 shower room with shower
- 1 WC with washbasin
- A large living / dining room facing south and overlooking the terrace of 35 m²
- A kitchen (recent, redone in 2014) fully equipped overlooking the living room and dining room
A garage with laundry area (washing machine and dryer) is also available.
The terrace has table, chairs and deck chairs as well as a barbecue.

Between sea and city, this villa located in a very quiet area will allow you to spend a great holiday with your family. The beach is only 2 minutes walk from the house via pedestrian access. You will also find restaurants and shops nearby.

Parfaite maison de vacances

Cette maison était parfaite pour notre petite famille et nos jeunes enfants : jardin , jeux disponibles , plage à proximité et aussi pour les (grands) enfants que nous sommes. La maison de famille où on se sent bien !

très agreable maison , et surtout très bien placé

on se sent chez soi dans la maison, contact avec le propriétaire Mme Mathilde Brunet très facile , et le village l'Herbe est à quelque pas et très charmant

la villa est très bien située et très agréable à vivre. Un bémol, la propreté laissait à désirer et la cuisine était un peu vétuste

La cuisine a été entièrement refaite en 2014 et l'entreprise de nettoyage a été remplacée par une autre.
