We had a nice stay. Claudio was very helpful and kind. The terrace is beautiful and from the roofterrace we had nice view to the sea. We really recommend the house.

"It's a vey nice, clean, modern, comfortable apartment. It's in the centre of Marina di Ragusa and only 3-5 minutes walk to the sea. we would like to thank the owner very much because we spent a good time there. I would like to advice everyone who wants to go to Marina di Ragusa to choose this apartment - you wouldn't regret!"

Appartement très charmant !

Nous avons passé, à quatre, un très beau séjour dans cet appartement bien agencé et fonctionnel. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour y passer d'agréables soirées en famille ou entre amis. Et la climatisation dans les chambres indispensable pour bien dormir. L'appartement se situe à deux pas de tous les commerces (dont une boulangerie !) et de la plage. Nous en gardons tous les quatre un très bon souvenir !!! Merci Vincenzo pour ta réactivité, ton accueil et ta disponibilité.

Una bellissima bomboniera !!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa casa, dotata di tutti i comfort ,una splendida terrazza attrezzata e sopra una graziosa terrazza solarium per gli amanti del sole a tutte le ore come mia moglie .... Tenuta molto bene e arredata con molto gusto. A due passi dal centro e soprattutto dal mare. I proprietari ( Famiglia Coltello ) sono persone deliziose e sempre disponibili .....Consigliamo vivamente questo bellissimo appartamento ...........Un caro saluto ai Signori Coltello e alla gentilissima Signora Mamma Coltello . La nostra vacanza a Marina di Ragusa estate 2015

La casa è carina,curata e confortevole, ci siamo trovati molto bene grazie anche alla accoglienza premurosa e gentile dei padroni di casa (Famiglia Coltello) , persone davvero squisite. Comoda per vicinanza alla piazza e servizi di prima necessità ma soprattutto non molto distante dalla spiaggia, la consigliamo caldamente a chiunque volesse fare una vacanza a Marina di Ragusa. Rocco e Lucia da Milano.

Ottimo posto per le vacanze

La casa "La Rosa dei Venti" e' un gioiello, arredata con un certo stile e' molto accogliente e comodissima. Sull'ampia terazza chi vuole trova il sole, chi preferice l'ombra rimane pure sodisfatto. La casa e' ubicata vicinissimo alla spiaggia e alla piazza principale, ma anche vicino a vari posti dove si puo' assaggiare e gustare i piatti locali- l'esperienza da non dimenticare. Il proprietario Vincenzo e i suoi genitori sono delle persone meravigliose, molto cordiali, gentilissimi e disponibili a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti. La casa e' consigliatissima come anche la Marina di Ragusa, il mare stupendo, i posti nelle vicinanze da visitare. Siamo rimasti dispiacuti per una cosa sola - il tempo della nostra permanenza e' volato via troppo velocemente. Stiamo gia' pensando alle nostre vacanze 2016 sempre presso La Rosa dei Venti

rifugio romantico al sole

La Rosa dei Venti è una bella 2-letto, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ben curato (sedie a sdraio, asciugamani e ombrelloni forniti). L'appartamento è arredato con gusto. Le camere sono ben arredate e la camera da letto principale ha il vantaggio di una cassaforte sicuro nel guardaroba. La spiaggia è raggiungibile attraverso la Piazza Duca degli Abruzzi, dove il caffè del mattino (granito caffè con brioche a La Sorbetteria) o la sera gelato (Caffè delle Rose) è impossibile resistere. Arrivando a 8:40, l'ultimo autobus per l'aeroporto era ben andato, ma il vostro ospite coinvolgente e competente Vincenzo farà un porta a porta-andata e ritorno per una cifra molto ragionevole. L'appartamento (aria condizionata in entrambe le camere) si trova nel centro della città, ma tranquillo per tutto ciò che, essendo su una strada laterale. Le campane della chiesa vicina fanno segnare l'ora e mezz'ora ma i nostri tappi per le orecchie risolto questo problema facilmente! Tutto il resto l'appartamento e la sua posizione è ideale. Essendo una posizione nel centro della città, il sole lascia terrazza principale a circa 4:30, ma questo non è un problema perché la terrazza superiore (solarium) sul tetto della cucina mantiene il sole fino a dopo le 7:00. Abbiamo mangiato in appartamento quasi tutte le sere e, mentre si possono acquistare prodotti alimentari di base al negozio all'angolo e negozio di frutta / verdura di fronte alla chiesa, ci siamo guardati al supermercato EuroSpar ben fornito che è circa 7 minuti a piedi da casa. Arrivare entro il 9 per il pesce fresco - un sacchetto chilo di cozze per € 2.50 e grandi pesci spada e tonno bistecche così come spigole e orate. Quando si beve e mangia fuori, mi ricordo che la maggior parte dei posti ora pagare una tassa per i turisti compresi tra il 20-30% sulla parte superiore del disegno di legge (solo pagare se menzionato sul menu). Il ristorante più ragionevole che abbiamo trovato era il Tre per Caso ristorante sul mare dove abbiamo preso un paio di pizze, acqua e mezzo litro di vino rosso della casa appetibile per 22 €. Aspettatevi di pagare circa € 10-12 per un antipasto e € 14-20 per una principale nei ristoranti lungo la parte anteriore. Se si vuole fare un sacco di tour sulla provincia, avrete bisogno di noleggiare un auto in aeroporto (non case a Marina). La nostra era una vacanza in spiaggia, ma abbiamo fatto l'autobus che per la città di Ragusa (25 min per 3,50 € andata e ritorno), mentre Punta Secca è raggiung

Indimenticabile..

Consiglio vivamente a chiunque abbia voglia di mare e relax, con la comodità di essere nel miglior punto di Marina di Ragusa... La casa è molto graziosa e molto curata nei particolari e la cosa che mi è rimasta impressa è la gentilezza e la disponibilità a qualsiasi evenienza, con cui i proprietari ci hanno ospitato. Per la zona in cui si trova e lo stato in cui si trova l'appartamento ( praticamente nuovo) il prezzo è super vantaggioso !! Ringrazio vivamente la famiglia Coltello x tutto e un arrivederci al prossimo anno, xché noi vogliamo tornare :-) Giovanni e Carmen Ich empfehle diese wohnung am die Leute wo haben lust zum Meer und relax, aber mit die wohnung am die beste Punkt von Marina di Ragusa. Die wohnung ist herzig, praktisch neue und die Vermieter ist sehr nett und flexible gewesen. Für die Punkt wo di wohnung steht und für seine Zustand, die Preis ist sensationell ! Deliziosa casetta a due passi dal mare

Io e mia moglie, siamo una coppia trentenne, siamo stati in questa deliziosa casetta per 4 giorni di relax nella meravigliosa Marina di Ragusa..!! Siamo stati accolti dai proprietari con caloroso affetto, ci hanno messo a disposizione la loro casa con tutto quello che può servire per un piacevole e confortevole soggiorno..!! Stanze climatizzate e deliziosamente arredate, cucina ben attrezzata, connessione wi fi e cura dei dettagli in ogni ambiente. Tutto questo a pochi passi dalla piazza principale e dal mare. Di sicuro se dovessimo tornare a Marina di Ragusa..sappiamo già dove andare..!! Giuseppe e Caterina

Tutto perfetto!

Vacanza stupenda in un alloggio " bomboniera" dove tutto è estremamente pulito e curato. Avevamo a disposizione perfino ombrellone e giochi per la spiaggia per i bimbi. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da tutta la famiglia Coltello, persone garbate e premurose che ci hanno fatto trovare frutta fresca e acqua e che ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni per muoverci al meglio. Marina di Ragusa ci rimarrà nel cuore anche per il calore di questa famiglia...

ottimo tutto!

Siamo stati presso questa abitazione per 15 giorni, in due adulti e una bambina piccola. La casa è curatissima e pulitissima, c'è tutto quello che può servire e, grazie ai padroni di casa, quel poco che manca state certi che vi aiuteranno a trovarlo. L'appartamento può comodamente ospitare fino a 4 adulti senza che ci si calpesti i piedi avendo due camere da letto oltre a salottino e cucina. Inoltre si trova in una via laterale del centro per cui a pochi metri ci sono tutti i servizi di cui una persona può aver bisogno senza dover prendere la macchina: ristoranti, bar, minimarket, fruttivendolo, panettiere, macellaio, negozietti. La spiaggia, con docce pubbliche e bagni pubblici è a 150 m ed è lunghissima con fondale sabbioso basso per molti metri... l'unico difetto è che nel w-e è un pò affollata. In ultimo devo dire che nel periodo in cui siamo stati la casa si è rivelata fresca e piacevole nelle ore di calura. Consigliatissima!

Fantastic place for holiday!

I and my friend had fantastic holiday. Because flat was very comfortable and there were everything that need for nice rest (even sun umbrella:-)))) This flat is near the sea and a lot of different cafes, restaurants. And very important thing is this flat locates near bus stop and we could visit other cities without problems. Vincenzo was very friendly. He was always ready to help us. Thanks to Vincenzo. If you want to rest in Marina di Ragusa should to choose his flat. ciao ciao

Nice stay

Nice apartment in very convenient place. In the apartment we found all the necessary equipment, apartment was clean, wi-fi connection was good. As we were traveling with a kid, so it was nice surprise to find sand toys for the beach and the kid’s swim jacket in the apartment. Also there were many sightseeing information provided, like maps of Modica, Ragusa, Siracusa. Grocery store, beach, bars and restaurants are very easy to reach. Owner was friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place to stay in Marina di Ragusa, I would recommend it.

this was a lovely well presented appartment to stay in,with all you that you need and perfect terrace outside. Central to beach,local shops etc but still quiet in the evenings.Perfect to visit ragusa,modica,agrigento etc. Owner only a phone call away if any problems[none] and made us feel at home.I want to come again!

"La casa e` veramente bel...

"La casa e` veramente bella, pulita e comoda. Sembra che non sia fatta per affitto ma per la vita propria. Secondo me c''era tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. La cucina e` meravigliosa con un grandissimo balcone o piuttosto una terrazza dove ci sono anche le sedie a sdraio, un tavolino e un ombrellone. Le finestre danno sulle piccole stradine, il rumore dal centro non si sente. Bisogna solo abbituarsi al suono delle campane. C''e` il WI-FI, la TV, l''aria condizionata in ogni stanza. La doccia mi e` sembrata un po` scomoda, ma visto tutti i vantaggi della casa si puo` perdonare questo difetto. Poi c''e anche una doccia esterna per lavarsi la sabbia prima di entrare. Il mare si trova vicinissimo. C''e` un negozio di alimentari sotto casa che e` aperto fino alle nove (mentre i supermercati si chiudono piu` presto). Poi consigliamo una pizzeria che si trova vicinissimo. Fanno una buonissima pizza da portare via. Ringraziamo Vincenzo e i suoi genitori per la loro ospitalita` e tutti i consigli che ci hanno datto. Speriamo di tornare una volta a Marina di Ragusa!"

"Nulla da eccepire sull''alloggio, arredato con molto gusto e curato nei minimi dettagli, dotato di tutti i confort e situato in posizione centralissima (ma molto tranquilla) ed al contempo poco distante dal mare. Ringraziamo vivamente la famiglia Coltello per la premura, disponibilità e gentilezza che ci hanno riservato durante tutto l''arco del soggiorno. Abbiamo trascorso circa 10 giorni di assoluto relax, godendo degli ottimi e prelibati cibi e del mare stupendo che Marina di Ragusa e dintorni offrono, nonchè avendo la possibilità di visitare parecchie "perle" della Val di Noto (non molto distanti da Marina di Ragusa). Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio, ci ritornerei volentieri, si respira davvero un''aria di altri tempi!!!
