In a small quiet and very chic subdivision, close to the international golf of Arcachon (entrance 400 m), 3 km from the Pyla dune and the most beautiful ocean beaches and those of the basin (Le Moulleau, Pereire) , discover this magnificent wooden villa of 190 m2 with mezzanine, roof terrace, heated swimming pool and pétanque area.
5 large bedrooms, all with queen-size bed, closet and wardrobe. Garage converted into a small studio with 4 single beds. 2 indoor wc + outdoor wc. 3 shower rooms + outdoor solar shower near the swimming pool. 50 m2 living room with bay window of 7 meters opening widely onto part of the 220 m2 wooden terraces, part of which is sheltered from the sun.
Private parking for 5 cars.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely property. The hosts welcomed us at the property and gave us local restaurant recommendations which was very helpful. The communication with Patrick was always very prompt. The property is very cosy with lots of different seating and dining areas and plenty of loungers for our group of 10 to hang around the pool. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with everything you can think of! The outdoor BBQ grill plate was really great as we used it most evenings which made cooking more fun! We knew the property doesn't have air conditioning so we brought our own fans for the bedrooms and we're glad we did as some of the nights were very hot! The location is ideal as it's just a short drive to everywhere we wanted to visit. The beaches are fab with golden soft sand. We hired electric bikes for a day which was a great way to explore the area including visiting the Teste-du-Buch market which lives up to it's reputation as being the best market in the area. Thank you to Patrick and his wife for being such good hosts.

Great house for friends getaway

The house, pool and garden were lovely and spacious for 3 families with kids to stay together during the week. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking for large numbers of people. The location is great for all the attractions nearby.

Séjour de rêve dans une villa de rêve

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette très belle maison, super équipée et conforme aux photos. Nous étions 11 adultes et 3 enfants et chacun a trouvé sa place. Nous étions comme à la maison. Et, en plus, les propriétaires avaient commandé le soleil. Que demander de plus ? Nous remercions Véronique et Patrick pour leur accueil chaleureux, les petites attentions laissées dans le réfrigérateur et de partager leur belle maison.

Très belle propriété idéale pour une grande famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Un grand merci pour l'accueil très chaleureux de nos hôtes. Villa très agréable, très bien décorée et équipée. Accès pratique. Tout est adapté pour une grande famille (avec enfant ou sans). Un espace intérieur où il fait bon vivre. L'extérieur est également très plaisant. L'aménagement du jardin est bien pensé, des petits coins sympathiques pour satisfaire tout le monde. Terrasses, piscine, terrain de boules, ping-pong… Nous avons tous apprécié chaque moment dans cette villa. Nous remercions vivement les propriétaires et espérons avoir l'occasion d'y revenir.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 3 jours/2 nuits dans cette très jolie maison de La Teste. Les photos sont conformes. Nous avons apprécié l'espace de vie très spacieux, la décoration soignée. Nous étions 14 personnes et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Seul petit bémol ( s'il faut en trouver un) la température un peu trop élevée la nuit ,dans les chambres, mais le réglage du chauffage au sol doit être difficile. Merci à Claudie pour les bons plans restaurants !

Magnifique villa, des équipements haut de gamme, une décoration exceptionnelle

Un séjour particulièrement agréable dans cette maison ou nous étions 14 à être à l'aise. de la piscine en passant par la terrain de boules et un parking de 4 voitures, tout était au rendez-vous pour des vacances réussies. Un bravo aux propriétaires pour la décoration de l'intérieur et des 6 chambres.

Formidable

Nous avons passé un très agréable weekend prolongé à 13 adultes dans cette maison spacieuse sans se marcher sur les pieds. Véronique et Patrick sont des hôtes formidables et nous ont fait nous sentir chez nous immédiatement. La maison est magnifique décorée avec beaucoup de goût, mais aussi très fonctionnelle et très bien située au calme. Tous mes compagnons de séjours ont été conquis et nous avons adoré la région malgré le mauvais temps ! A une prochaine fois, j'espère !

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Un grand merci pour la qualité de la prestation, L'accueil, la gentillesse des propriétaires, la propreté, tout était parfait !!!! et la décoration de la villa juste sublime... A faire : La dune du Pilat, le Cap Ferret, les marchés..... La maison est très conviviale et chaleureuse. A recommander sans hésitation.
