"This was our first visit to sicily and we could not have had a warmer welcome the owners were lovley and could not have made us more welcome The appartment was spotless and beautifully furnished it felt more like a home than a holiday let well furnished and decorated and lots of equopment all brand new as they onlt finished it june this year great terrace great views Scoppello was lovely and close everthing was as described we will return"

Beautiful place and beautiful hosts

We had fantastic time staying at this beautiful apartment at Scopello. The place is very nice and comfortable, with parking space, the location is unbeatable (ocean view, short walk to scopello center, super market. restaurants...) and the hosts are super nice, helpful and could not do enough for us. We had rental car problem, and the hosts (Daniele & Mari) spent 6 hours contacting rental company (we do not speak Italian), getting towing service to tow the car, driving us to airport (50 minutes away) to get a new rental car. We could not image how we could handle the situation without their help. Thank you, Daniele and Mari! Thank you, Guilia (owner's daughter) for all your help on communication. Thank you, Francesco (owner) for the yummy dessert and help on wine tasting information. Thank you!

Sistemazione ideale.

Difficile dire cosa colpisce di più di questa sistemazione. La terrazza vista mare, al mattino presto, regala un paesaggio meraviglioso. Gli spazi esterni garantiscono, per la loro diversa esposizione, di poter consumare la colazione o il pranzo all’ombra. Le docce esterne ci hanno aiutato a gestire meglio i tempi essendo la nostra famiglia composta da 5 persone. La casa, dotata di tutte le comodità, è molto pulita e accessoriata. Ma soprattutto è in un luogo magnifico. A piedi, in dieci minuti, si arriva alla Tonnara di Scopello, in pochi minuti d’auto alla Riserva dello Zingaro e nelle bellissime spiagge della zona. Con poco più di mezz’ora d’auto si arriva a San Vito lo Capo, alle saline di Trapani, a Palermo, Segesta e molte delle bellezze siciliane. Infine Francesco è un ottimo cicerone, offre indicazioni e suggerimenti utili. Difficile dimenticare questi posti.

Vacanza bellissima....

casa dolce casa

Che dire la casa e' molto confortevole e quando dico confortevole vuol dire che non manca proprio nulla !! Pulizia eccellente e arredamenti praticamente nuovi. La posizione e' davvero giusta , a due passi dal centro di Scopello e vicino ai mari più belli. Avrete già letto altre recensioni fin troppo buone ma è così....e' una chicca ! La cosa più bella ? Farsi la doccia in giardino guardando il mareeeeee .... Vista pazzesca!! Gentilissimi e molto disponibili anche i proprietari , davvero . Speriamo di tornarci presto.

Scopello .... luogo magico

Scopello .... luogo magico, ideale per riposarsi e rilassarsi. La casa è molto bella e confortevole, pulitissima, arredata con buon gusto e dotata di tutto il necessario. Dalla veranda si gode di una vista stupenda sul mare... e oltre. Il Baglio -che è il delizioso "centro storico" di Scopello- si raggiunge a piedi senza fatica e lì si possono trovare ristoranti, pizzerie, negozietti di souvenir e ceramiche; la Riserva dello Zingaro, la Tonnara, le spiagge di Guidaloca e Cala Rossa in pochissimi minuti di auto e Castellamare in 15 minuti. Con comodità sono raggiungibili anche Trapani, Segesta, Palermo, Monreale e Cefalù. Daniele e Francesco ci hanno accolto in modo fantastico e sono stati prodighi di consigli , ci hanno dato le dritte giuste per poter godere appieno di tutto ciò che quello spendido luogo offre in termini di paesaggi, cibo e storia. Che dire, non potevamo chiedere di più: abbiamo goduto di tutto ciò che di meglio ci poteva essere offrerto e siamo tornati a casa con tanta nostalgia della simpatia, della bellezza, dei colori, dei sapori, dei profumi della Sicilia.

una vacanza meravigliosa!

scrivere una recesione sul nostro soggiorno in questa struttura non e` semplicissimo senza rischiare di apparire un parente stretto dei proprietari... ma in realta` non c`e' nulla che non sia stato perfetto. L'immobile non solo pulitissimo, ma funzionante in ogni suo aspetto e tutto nuovissimo, la vista sul golfo mozzafiato (gia` sufficientemente appagante solo quella)...il terrazzo sopra molto gradevole, il cortiletto antistate l'appartamento molto comodo anche per i bimbi. A tutto questo si aggiunge un' accoglienza speciale dei proprietari che difficilmente dimenticheremo e un contorno paesaggistico, culturale, enogastronomico...etc, che per me non ha eguali.....insomma io spero di ritornarci presto. grazie di tutto

Una bellissima vacanza!

Ciao a tutti! Abbiamo avuto una vacanza bellissima! We had a most wonderful 3 weeks staying in this home. The location was perfect and the hospitality of Francesco, Maria and Daniele and family was warm and welcoming. They were happy to share information about the area and their advice was excellent. The description of the home was exact, but could not do the views or location justice. The views are stunning! The house is located within an easy walk of Scopello and all amenities. The choice and quality of restaurants is excellent. The house is located not far from several beautiful beaches. A car is necessary to travel around the area. The area is beautiful and worth touring with so many sites within an easy drive. The house is clean and well-apportioned for a family vacation. We travelled with our 2 adult children. We love Sicily, and loved Scopello and the surrounding area. Leaving was a real wrench. Cannot wait to return!!! Lina Vellucc-Willsher and Peter Willsher

Cortesia, gentilezza e simpatia

sarò breve...siamo arrivati il 1 giugno su consiglio di amici che ci sono stati l'anno precedente,giunti sul posto siamo stati accolti da francesco,daniele e famiglie,che ci hanno illustrato e consigliato in modo esaustivo come poter sfruttare al meglioi nostri 10 giorni di permanenza,consigliandoci dove andare e dove poter assaporare i prodotti tipici della zona! Per quanto riguarda la casa...quando i proprietari vi dicono che c'è tutto c'è tutto! Immobile confortevole,pulito,accogliente e ordinato,doccia esterna(comodissima),ampio terrazza dove fare colazione o pranzo o cena con vista mozzafiato,enorme solarium! la posizione è ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista per raggiungere tutte le principali mete turistiche del luogo(i faraglioni di Scopello,cala di Sciacca,riserva dello Zingaro,San Vito lo capo,Castellamare del golfo, Trapani ed isole limitrofe, Segesta, Erice, Palermo) Come è stato gia fatto con me, consiglio vivamente questa villetta Infine consigliamo di andare a mangiare nei locali della zona ed una nota particolare va al BAGLIO di Segesta(una volta arrivati nella zona archeologica li troverete tutte le indicazioni per arrivarci...ottime recensioni anche su tripadvisor)...se invece volete mangiare a casa c'è il buon Franco Supermarket che vende di tutto e dei buoni prodotti tipici locali Saluti da Tina il piccolo Diego e Gianluca

Haus mit herrlichem Blick u.Verbesserungspotential

Die Gastgeberqualitäten des Vermieters sind ausgezeichnet und nicht zu toppen. So hat er sich rührend um unseren verloren gegangenen Koffer gekümmert. Die Lage und der Blick des Hauses sind, wie die Bilder versprechen, sehr schön. Im Haus macht die Familie selbst gerne Urlaub, was in jedem Zimmer deutlich sichtbar ist. Der Standard des Hauses ist weit von deutschen Verhältnissen entfernt. Alle Möbel unterliegen leider dem bekannten ‚Ikea-Charme‘ und sind im Komfort und Ausstattung verbesserungswürdig. Eine Sonnenliege vom großen schwedischen Einrichtungshaus ist und bleibt ungemütlich und instabil – da tröstet schon einmal der tolle Blick von der Terrasse über den Mangel an Komfort und Gemütlichkeit hinweg. Das Haus hat ein Klimaproblem, insbesondere im Schlafzimmer, dass bei feuchtem Wetter sehr schnell „muffig“ roch. Scopello, Castellammare und der Küstenabschnitt sind einfach malerisch.

Ein Zuhause für die Ferien - Traumhaft

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in Scopello bei der Familie Quattrochi! Die Wohnung war einfach perfekt: alles dort, was man braucht, sauber und total gemütlich eingerichtet. Herrlich gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer, eine tolle Terasse und zusätzlich eine Dachteresse! Toll! Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen, wie man es sonst nicht von einer Ferienwohnung gewohnt ist: Daniele und seine Tochter zeigten uns die wichtigsten Orte in der Umgebung, vom Strand, über den Supermarkt bis zum Ortszentrum. Auch während unserer Zeit standen sie uns immer für Fragen beiseite. Die Region um Scopello ist ideal für einen entspannten und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Tolle Natur, schöne Orte und die Buchten waren nie zu überlaufen. Ein Muss ist der Zingaro Nationalpark. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und sagen: Grazie mille!!

VACANZA PERFETTA!!!!!

Le fotografie della casa non spiegano in modo esaustivo la bellezza del posto ed il calore di Francesco, Daniele e delle loro famiglie. Abbiamo passato quindici giorni in un appartamento curatissimo, pulito oltre ogni aspettativa e con un panorama ed un clima eccezionale; l'accoglienza dei proprietari e la loro disponibilità sono state ineccepibili e grazie a loro abbiamo passato delle vacanze magnifiche. La casa è in un luogo ideale: Scopello si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 5 minuti a piedi, la Riserva dello Zingaro è a 8 minuti di macchina, 4 minuti per la Tonnara di Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo a 15 minuti, senza contare luoghi come Erice, Segesta, Mozzia, Trapani e quant'altro a meno di 40 minuti. Il panorama notturno dalla terrazza con vista sul golfo in compagnia della Via Lattea è indimenticabile! Le cinque stelle di valutazione sono poche, ne servirebbero almeno il doppio. A casa a Scopello

il luogo e' fantastico, Scopello e' un a 2 minuti a piedi. Le Spieggie( La Tonnara, la riserva, Golfo di Guidaloca a 2 minuti dui auto) La casa molto confortevole, ben arredata, pulitissima, con tutti i comfort per un piacevole soggiorno. Il patio esterno luminoso e sembre ben areato con vista che rinfranca il cuore e disponibilita' di doccia esterna e barbeque. Francesco e Donatella sono stati gentilissimi sia nelle indicazioni sia nella disponiblita' mostrataci non frutto di mera questione commerciale ma che nasce dal cuore e nel cuore ci rimarra' sempre. Se dovessi tornare in questo paradiso e qui' che vorrei tornare.

a great place to spent your holidays

We had a great holiday in this house in early may. The view is beautiful, you can sit comfortable outside in the sun or in the shade. The house is well equiped. For the cold evening we could use the heating. It's only a short walk to the square of Scopello were you can enjoy your drinks and meals. And of course: a wonderfull icecream. The owners are very helpfull and kind. They made a little paradise here! They take good care of this house, and that atmosphere is what you feel staying there. Scopello is a good place to stay to visit Zingaro, and the regions of Palermo and Trapani. In spring the nature is so beautifull: wild flowers everywhere. When you like authenticity: this house is the place to be!

"NON trovi la disponibilità? perchè ci saremo noi"

"Ottima la casa, situata a 200 mt circa a piedi dal borgo di Scopello e stupenda vista sul mare. Pulitissima e attrezzata di ogni confort sia all''interno che all''esterno (doccia esterna, lavello in pietra posto fuori ed utilissimo, lavatrice nuovissima ed ogni elettrodomestico nuovo. Calorosissima l''accoglienza da parte di Francesco e Daniele con il quale si e'' protratta con un graditissimo "tour" di "sopravvivenza- turistico" con la presentazione dei titolari del negozio alimentari,fruttivendolo, bar, ristoranti. Ottimo cicerone per i luoghi da vedere e le strade da percorrere... la giornata di arrivo si è conclusa con una cena ad hoc da parte di Daniele (nn scordatevi pesche e vino rosso). Il posto e'' ideale per una vacanza in totale relax e per quanto riguarda il mare... beh c''e la scelta se andare nelle spiaggette o ciottolini o scogli .. E'' vicino a guidaloca, i faraglioni, mazzo di sciacca , la riserva dello zingaro etc.. una gita a FAVIGNANA è d''obbligo, S. Vito a 1/2 ora di strada.. e se capita la giornata che NON potete andare al mare rimane sempre l''ottima TERRAZZA di casa che con il venticello dal mare è .. Comunque per eventuali dubbi o problemi vari c''è la disponibita'' dei proprietari che e'' lodevole. Che dire ancora? E'' un posto per un "ritorno" sicuramente e se nn trovate disponibilità .. "CAMBIATE PERIODO, MA PRENOTATE QUI". 6/5 giudizio per noi!!"

Solitamente per una casa ...

Solitamente per una casa vacanze ci si limita a dare una valutazione,un giudizio asettico sulla struttura.In questo caso non credo basti lo spazio concesso da Homelidays per il parere. Ho conosciuto Daniele e Francesco, e per la prima volta non ricordo "i proprietari" ma gli amici. Non basta il "5" come voto massimo per testimoniare la gentilezza, la disponibilità, la presenza costante ma discreta nelle indicazioni dei posti, nell'aiuto anche nelle piccole cose, nella conoscenza delle esigenze degli ospiti, e non ultimo per le attrezzature presenti in casa. A distanza di 2 settimane dalla fine della vacanza, continuiamo a sentirci ed ogni volta riappare la voglia di tornare in quel posto meraviglioso che è Scopello e nella casa che abbiamo sentito "nostra" dal primo giorno. L'unico "pelo nell'uovo" che riesco a trovare è che a causa della distanza devo attendere un anno per rivedere loro, quei luoghi ricchi di fascino, quelle persone (e mi riferisco a tutti i negozianti della zona)stracolme di cortesia ed anche ai nostri fantastici vicini, (che spero di rivedere) con i loro splendidi pargoli, durante quegli indimenticabili 15 giorni. A Daniele e Francesco chiedo ancora una cortesia (come se non me ne avessero fatto abbastanza!) Pretendo un saluto particolare a Franco del market ed a Susanna (a lei anche un buffetto!!!). Mi rimangono pochi caratteri...Grazie, immensamente, per quest'estate e per le prossime...vi aspetto a Genova anche se potrò offrirvi molto meno! Per concludere, casa da privilegiare rispetto alle altre per chi volesse trascorrere una vacanza da sogno e, se fosse occupata, aspettate che si liberi, cambiate periodo ma alloggiate in questa reggia! Ne rimarrete estasiati!

Siamo appena rientrati da...

Siamo appena rientrati da questa vacanza da sogno con una nostalgia indescrivibile. La casa è al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. Rifinita e arredata nei minimi particolari e dotata di ogni cosa possa servire durante il soggiorno. Noi abbiamo viaggiato in aereo con due bambini piccoli e ci siamo portati solo lo stretto necessario perché qui abbiamo trovato tutti i confort per una famiglia. Il panorama dal terrazzo è mozzafiato, abbiamo sempre fatto colazione, pranzato e cenato all'esterno visto che anche nelle ore più calde è sempre ben ventilato. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno fatto un'accoglienza calorosissima. Grazie ai loro consigli abbiamo visitato molti luoghi e apprezzato questo incantevole angolo di Sicilia. Hanno reso più piacevole la nostra vacanza anche i nostri vicini di appartamento che con molta discrezione hanno condiviso con noi queste serate indimenticabili. Solitamente cambiamo ogni anno meta per le nostre vacanze ma questa volta faremo un eccezione e qui ci torneremo di sicuro grazie al valore aggiunto che i proprietari hanno saputo mettere nella cura di questa casa, ai bellissimi luoghi visitati e alle spiagge da sogno!

Superb place, superb stay. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed here for a week in June of 2013. The owners were incredibly friendly and warm; they took us around town upon arrival to introduce us to all the shopkeepers and restaurant owners to make sure everyone knew we were their clients. The apartment was impeccable. It lived up to and even exceeded expectation. I will go back one day for sure. You'll need a car, but Francesco was honest about that from the minute I first got in touch with him, so we rented one from the airport in Palermo instead of trying to get to Scopello by public transit... you definitely will want to do the same, as the beaches and the market are all a little drive away. It's right next to the town, and we'd often walk the in the evening to have a stroll and an ice cream. The whole experience was utterly charming and relaxing. I never write reviews like this, but I'm doing it, because this place is special and they were amazing hosts who truly cared. They even brought us some cannoli from a famous pastry shop in Palermo when they came to pick up the keys and return the deposit.

"casa molto accogliente e...

"casa molto accogliente e funzionale, rifinita nei minimi particolari, rapporto con i proprietari molto amichevole, posizione strategica, vicina al centro di scopello, ma allo stesso tempo immersa nel verde, con una bella vista su castellamare e palermo, inoltre le spiagge sono vicine. Dispone di 3 docce esterne oltre a quella tradizionale in bagno. Sicuramente torneremo a soggiornare in questo appartamento. "

"E'' stata una bellissima vacanza e l''alloggio messoci a disposizione dalla famiglia Quattrocchi è stato assolutamente determinante per rendere la nostra vacanza piacevolissima. La casa gode di una posizione e un panorama davvero splendidi, è dotata di ogni comfort ed i proprietari sono persone squisite e disponibilissime, che da subito hanno saputo metterci a nostro agio fornendoci tutta l''assistenza di cui potevamo avere bisogno. Insomma suggerisco caldamente a tutti di programmare una sosta in questo angolo di paradiso."

"Appartement vraiment sup...

"Appartement vraiment superbe et fonctionnel. Nous avons été reçu comme si nous étions de la famille. Visite des lieux et des alentours malgré l''heure tardive. Village absolument superbe ainsi que les plages. Un vrai coin de paradis. Encore merci pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité de nos hôtes. A recommander sans souci pou un prochain séjour."

"con la mia famiglia abbi...

"con la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane bellissime !! è stato tutto perfetto. la casa bellissima e ottimamente sfruttabile: base ideale per le molte escursioni a spiagge e luoghi storici nei dintorni. carinissimi i proprietari che ci hanno letteralmente accompagnato a conoscere le spiagge e i negozi/pub/ristoranti da non perdere di Scopello. Grazie mille"
