J'ai accepté exceptionnellement pour 3 nuitées au lieux de 5 habituelles cette demande de Sylvie avec sa famille ( son mari, sa fille et leur gros chien) pour répondre sur leur besoin urgente qu'elle m'exposait au téléphone...Je l'ai pris en compte. Au lieux d’apprécier mon effort de les loger alors que les autres propriétaires les refusait, comme elle disait, elle continue les critiques sur sa pente revendicative. Très décevant!

All'arrivo non vi è stata accoglienza in quanto la proprietaria non era reperibile e si è presentata con un'ora e mezza di ritardo. A prima vista pulito e carino ma, dopo aver dato un'occhiata in giro abbiamo potuto appurare che: frigo e wc erano entrambi molto sporchi; stoviglie e sedie contate x 3 (2 tazze e no piatti fondi); no lavastoviglie. Il wc era chiuso in uno sgabuzzino di 1m x 1m senza aria e aspiratore (si può immaginare il disagio di non potersi chiudere dentro, anche solo per il caldo). Appartamento per non più di 3 persone, divano letto sfondato da una parte e troppo piccolo x 2. Acqua calda dopo 2 docce finiva. Positivo: posto auto assegnato e posizione (fermata tram sotto casa). La proprietaria non sa fornire informazioni utili (come se non fosse del posto). Durante la permanenza non un punto di riferimento in caso di necessità (guasto, cortocircuito,..) in quanto lei partiva per le sue vacanze. Per la consegna delle chiavi non ha rispettato l'appuntamento telefonico della sera prima per stabilire l'orario della partenza. Alla mattina della partenza (alle 7 ha chiamato in risposta al nostro messaggio in segreteria della sera precedente), le sono state fatte notare le critiche per una miglioria futura, ci ha risposto che: c'era stato troppo poco tempo per pulire, che siamo schizzinose e che c'erano spugne e detersivi.

Cette description est fausse.Voici ma version de faits . La locataire et ses 2 filles, contrairement à ce qu'elle écrit, ont oublié mon adresse et mon téléphone donc elles sont arrivées avec un grand retard au RV. Sans aucune excuse! Quand aux dimensions de SDB, du canapé lit, du manque d'eau chaude, du propreté ou d'équipements insuffisants à ses yeux ce ne sont que des purs prétextes d'une personne négative et toujours insatisfaite.J'en garde un mauvais souvenir de cette location.

"meme si on annonce qu''il est possible de louer a partir de 3 jours les proprio vous annoncent a votre arrivée qu''habituellement ils louent a la semaine et que pour 4 jours c,est le plein tarif soit 380 euros ...de plus ils demandent 500euros de caution alors que le contenu de l,appart est vraiment de base sans aucun luxe nous avons nettoyé la cafetiere et la robinetterie..on a soupconné qu,avant notre arrivée la proprio s,était reposée sur le lit car le couvre lit était froissé...nous avions besoin d''un appart et compte tenue de l''heure de notre arrivée ,et de la fatigue du voyage nous avons quand meme loué ..l''environnement est agréable dans un nouveau quartier pres d,un parc et le tram passe a la porte de l,immeuble...nous avons quand meme laissé l,appart plus propre qu,a notre arrivée..c''est la premiere fois que nous vivions une telle situation avec homelidays ...souvent les proprios voyant notre age (retraité) ne nous demande aucune caution ou tres peu ..nous avons trouvé que le loyer pour 4 jours et la caution étaient abusives"

"Ces clients veulent d'abord réserver par téléphone donc sur parole, ce qui est hors procédure sécurisée. Ils acceptent mon prix pour 4 jours équivalant à une semaine, ceci excluant d'ailleurs une autre demande. Ils arrivent avec un retard de plusieurs heures sans excuses ni téléphone.La mauvaise humeur commence, hélas! Ils insistent pour être logés sans la caution de 500€. Un cas unique... Cette garantie étant nécessaire je baisse à 200€, ce qu'ils oublient de dire dans leur appréciation. D'autre part j'assure que mon appartement est toujours loué propre, autant que possible : les traces de plis sur le lit comme la cafetière sont hélas de purs prétextes."
