Perfect as a base for cycling or Enduro riding!

Lots of space for our gear and three complete bathrooms! The location is great for cycling and Enduro. The owners are very nice and helpful. We were there to train / test mountain bikes and motorcycle parts. Shops and restaurants are fairly close as well.

Bikers Paradise

It was the best vacation ever. We were with family and friends group with motorcycles. This place is awesome as it is a villa with 4 large bedrooms, and a 5th for “kids”. 3 bathrooms and of course a fully equipped kitchen and a veranda plus grill with an outstanding view over landscape and see. A couch area and a huge dining table. It is a perfect place to be and relax. Parking for bikes, car and trailers is available, also enough hanging room to dry the motorcycle cloth. All in all it is a great place to be. We will come back again.

Motorradurlaub

Sehr gut. Wir hatten genug Platz für die Motorräder und Auto´s. Vermieter sehr nett. Der Blick ist unfassbar schön von der Terrasse. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen vor Ort, was perfekt war ( 3 Bäder ) 8 Erwachsene gehen auch. Mehr wären mir persönlich dann zuviel. Muss aber jeder selber wissen. Wenn man mit Anhänger fährt, sollte man die letzten 1,5 km auf der Karte sich anschauen, die Navi führt einen durch sehr enge stellen. Es gibt aber alternativen, welche besser sind.

Superschönes Haus in toller Lage mit allem was man braucht

Das Haus war genauso wie es beschrieben war. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat problemlos funktioniert, die Vermieter sind sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, trotzdem sind Restaurants, Supermärkte, Eiscafes, Bäcker etc. gut erreichbar. Und auch bis zum schönen Strand ist es nicht weit. Für unsere Fahrzeuge (1 Transporter, 1 PKW und 2 Anhänger konnten wir die große Fläche hinter dem Haus nutzen. Und unsere 7 Motorräder hatten ausreichend Platz vor dem Haus. Das Haus ist ideal für eine Gruppe Motorradfahrer. Von der schönen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf Arbatax und aufs Meer. Wir, - 7 Erwachsene - haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Perfekt für (Motorrad-)Gruppen

Die Vermieterin Signora Graziella ist sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Haus bietet reichlich Platz: 3 Bäder, 5 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 14 Betten und eine geräumige Küche. Es gibt viel Platz zum Abstellen der Motorräder. Auch bestens geeignet für Gruppen, die mit Hänger oder Transporter anreisen. Wir hatten einen schönen Motorradurlaub in dem Haus. Das Besitzerehepaar ist sehr freundlich.

Grandiose Unterkunft in herrlicher Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick

Das Haus ist ein Traum in allen Punkten wie Lage, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Aussicht, parken, Sicherheit und Anbindung. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war vorbildlich, die Terrasse mit Weitblick auf das Meer, die Berge und Umgebung wie auf einer Postkarte. Anders als gewohnt ist es dort in Wirklichkeit ich schöner als auf den Fotos, welche ja schon absolut dafür sprechen. Ausreichend Platz auch für eine Mottorradgruppe. Sogar Kaffee und Leckereien der Hausherrin wurden uns zur Begrüßung überreicht. Ein Traum ☀️

Séjour en Ogliastra

Très bon séjour chez Graziella et Gino. La maison est très spacieuse, idéale pour un groupe nombreux. Située sur les hauteurs de Lotzorai avec vue imprenable sur la mer de la terrasse. Pleins de petits commerces dans le village: boulangerie, épicerie, boucherie, pharmacie..... Lotzorai est très bien situé pour rayonner dans la région.

Grazie a Gino e Graziella, persone semplici,disponibili sempre, mai invadenti ma al bisogno presenti, insomma sardi! E poi Graziella in cucina ....... non c'è n'è per nessuno!! Grazie per averci accolto e averci fatto sentire a casa. Una vacanza unica per il posto meraviglioso al centro dell' Ogliastra. Nel nostro cuore il ricordo indelebile e la voglia di ritornare! OTTIMA VACANZA A LOTZORAI !!

Siamo tre famiglie che hanno soggiornato una settimana da Gino e Graziella : ottima accoglienza , i proprietari sono molto cordiali , disponibili , affettuosi con grandi e piccini. La signora oltre ad essere particolarmente attenta alla pulizia della biancheria (pulitissima e profumatissima) e' anche un bravissima pasticcera e ci ha offerto una torta speciale per il compleanno della piccola Irene . La casa e' comoda adatta a gruppi numerosi o a piu' famiglie .Ha un' ottima posizione per visitare l'Ogliastra e una meravigliosa terrazza molto ampia che guarda su Arbatax e le splendide colline , perfetta per indimenticabili cene all'aperto . Non manca il tocco tipico di Sardegna : passa mattina e sera in gregge di pecore appuntamento fisso per i bambini . Grazie ancora Sig. Gino e Graziella .....I veneziani

Guter Ort für Motorradurlaub

Das Haus ist, obwohl ein wenig abseits von Lotzorai gelegen, sehr schön. Die Aussicht ist genial. Wir verbrachten zu siebt einen fast zwei wöchigen Motorrad-Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Drei der insgesamt 6 Schlafzimmer befanden sich im oberen Teil des Hauses und waren durch eine Terrassentür erreichbar. Die zwei vorhandenen Badezimmer waren in Ordnung. Die Küche ist eher klein ausgefallen erfüllt aber im Grossen und Ganzen ihren zweck. Ein Wohnzimmer gibt es nicht, jedoch einen grossen Vorraum, welcher als Esszimmer und Abstellraum genutzt werden kann. Unsere 2 PKWs mit einem Anhänger konnten auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Die Motorräder fanden einen ungedeckten platz vor der unteren Wohnung. Dies ist sicherlich keine Luxus-Unterkunft, Preis / Leistung stimmt jedoch. Zudem sind die, im gleichen Haus wohnenden, Vermieter, sehr freundlich und hifsbereit.

Guter Ort für Motorrad-Urlaub

Wir verbrachten zu siebt einen zwei wöchigen Motorradurlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen von Lotzorai gelegen. Die Aussicht ist genial! Drei der insgesamt 6 Schlafzimmer befanden sich im oberen Teil des Hauses und waren durch eine Terrassentür erreichbar. Die zwei vorhandenen Badezimmer waren in Ordnung. Die Küche ist eher klein ausgefallen erfüllt aber im Grossen und Ganzen ihren zweck. Ein Wohnzimmer gibt es nicht, jedoch einen grossen Vorraum, welcher als Esszimmer und Abstellraum genutzt werden kann. Unsere 2 PKWs mit einem Anhänger konnten auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Die Motorräder fanden einen ungedeckten Platz vor der unteren Wohnung. Dies ist sicherlich keine Luxus-Unterkunft, Preis / Leistung ist jedoch gut. "Très déçu de cette locat...

"Très déçu de cette location! Je loue chaque année en sardaigne,première mauvaise location! Pas de climatisation,propriétaires au plein centre des deux appartements! Les deux appartements communiquent mais l''accès aux escaliers est condamné! Aucune intimité! Environnement très bruyant! Chenil a deux pas de la maison! Très peu d''équipement intérieur! Chiens non acceptés! Ou alors attaché à un arbre.... "
